6 - Liquid Courage ...

Day 81

Sleeping in the same room as Yoongi became a habit, as in; every night we would repeat it. But I would wait every single time for the group to sleep before moving into his room. I just didn't want them to get the wrong idea.

I wasn't too sure what the right idea was though.

We shared a room because we both were able to sleep better?

What did that even mean?

It wasn't as if we really talked when sleeping. So I had no idea what his ideas about this were. There was a part of me that wanted to ask him, but on the other hand, what would I even ask. I didn't want to make it embarrassing. 

Day 82

'Oh, do you remember that club near campus?' Soobin asked Hueningkai as we were walking. I walked in front of those two next together with Hoseok.

Hoseok laughed out loud 'y/n surely remembers that place, don't you y/n?'

I threw him a hostile gaze, which I hoped would tell him to shut up.

Namjoon also looked back 'what does that mean y/n?'

    'nothing!' I shouted.

Hoseok was clearly amused by this little conversation. I knew why... he had been there that night. He probably knew what had happened. 

     'y/n? What are you doing here?' Hoseok smiled at me and gave me a big hug.

     'Hoseok!!' I exclaimed or rather shouted loudly in order to be louder than the music. to be honest it seemed I saw two of him.

     'I am here for a party!! What are you doing here?' I asked him in return.

      'I am here with Yoongi and some of his friends.'

My eyes widened 'Yoongi is here??' I let out before I could stop myself

      'yes, do you want to say hi?' Hoseok asked while laughing

I shook my head actively 'no'.

I was intoxicated as hell, we had played beer pong at a friend's place beforehand and some other drinking games before someone had the amazing idea to go to the club. I didn't want Yoongi to see me this way and think I was childish, he was always so mature and reasonable.

Funny right? people talk about liquid courage all the time yet it seemed it had the opposite effect on me.

     'why not?' Hoseok asked confused

     'I uh.. ' I didn't have a good reply but I did know my cheeks flustered

      'y/n, what takes you so long?' Yuna walked my way but then her eyes diverted to Hoseok

      'oh hello' she greeted Hoseok in an obvious flirtatious way

Hoseok smirked 'hi I am Hoseok who are you?'

      'Yuna, ah Hoseok as in Namjoons friend?'

      'that's the one'

I suddenly felt pretty dizzy. 'Yuna, I will go to the bathroom, okay?' I said to her 'do I have to come with you?' she asked but I shook my head 'no I'll return soon'.

I was waiting in line for the girl's bathroom, man it sucked to be a girl sometimes. I splashed some water in my face and I hoped it would sober me up more but it didn't, it seemed the alcohol hit me more than I expected. I would find Yuna and I would tell her I'd go home.
