It's a shame you were born into a broken world
Wanting to change it
Not knowing how
It's a shame none of them realized your worth
It's a shame that the light inside your was hidden
Unseen, but still there, underneath
It's a shame your name went unsaid
A ghost on the wind
It's a shame,
But it is alright
You tried your best, so that was enough
