Sprinkling stardust everywhere you walk
Trailing glittering gold in the paths you take
The world spins round and round
Your heart grows heavy
A little unsteady,
But don't lose sight of the moon
Shining so bright in the
Night air
The universe doesn't hang in the balance
If you make the wrong choice
The sun will still shine
So let your heart beat
Thing about how much you are a part of
A world so big you can't even comprehend-
But this doesn't mean you don't matter
You're one star
And you shine so bright
For everyone looking up to see
You shine so bright even in darkness
Walking across the world
Holding a sense of wonder still
A sense of thoughtfulness
Truly amazing to comprehend
The planets won't tilt just cause you fell
Meteors won't rain down from the heavens
But maybe shooting stars will-
Maybe a comet will burn so fiery bright for just a while
Obscuring your view
But the seaons still change
And the skies don't shake
So surely
It will all work out
If you have to then cry, let it out
But in the moonlight your tears will glow silver
A tragedy
Turned beautiful
Reflected across time
Arching across the cosmos
Do you see it?

I really really like this one I'm proud of it it's beautiful and it captures what I was feeling earlier...guess I should thank my APUSH teacher cause I thought of this in his class, or not, I have a test on Friday 🤔...
