Moments pass as JD and Alyssa sit in a now awkward silence. Just as Jonathan is about to start talking Drew and Rudy join the two at the table.

"Good afternoon," Drew greets Alyssa first then nods towards JD. They all make small talk as the three boys scoff their food down. As the boys are eating Alyssa pulls out her phone and records them having an argument over something dumb and posts the video on her Instagram story tagging all three boys

The girl laughs as she posts the video without any acknowledgment from the guys.

"Alyssa you need to be in the hair and makeup trailer in ten minutes," A crew member interrupts catching the attention of everyone.

"Okay, thank you!" She replies getting up to start walking.

"I'll head over with you," Drew offers, also getting up from the table. She smiles at the boy and they bid their goodbyes to the other two as they head towards the trailer.

"So, how do you like being on set so far?" Drew asks.

"It's a lot more fast-paced than I could have imaged but I love it," I say after thinking for a second.

"Takes some getting used to eh?" he says and nudges into my gently. I chuckle and nod my head in agreement. Drew holds the door to the trailer as I walk in first, greeting the crew members inside.

"Good morning," The girl greets the hairstylist as she sits down in the chair. Everyone makes small talk as the girl is prepped for the rest of the day with her scenes. Towards the end Alyssa notices Drew beginning to fall asleep on the couch and chuckles to herself, causing him to stir awake.

"You don't have to sit in here you know? Go back to your trailer and take a nap don't you have a break until after the sun sets?" The girl suggests to which the boy shakes his head no.

"Don't feel like moving. I'm just going to follow you around everywhere," he says, joking towards the end.

"Are you my dog now?" She asks to which they all laugh as he shakes his head yes.

"Alright girly your hair and makeup are done, we'll see you back in a few hours for some touch-ups, have fun lovebirds," The makeup artist says smiling towards the younger pair.

"Oh, we're not together!" Alyssa says defensively as the two laugh it off. As they're walking out Drew hears the two mumbling quietly about young love.

The two stand outside of the trailer not sure what to do now.

"My next scene isn't for like 45 minutes," Alyssa replies.

"Wanna chill in one of our trailers? I'll text the others in the group chat to see what they're doing?" Drew suggests and ALyssa nods agreeing. They walk a bit and arrive at Drew's trailer.

The girl follows the boy into his trailer and smiles as she is hit with the gentle fragrance of his cologne. She sets her stuff down on the small table and goes to relax on the couch. After a few seconds Drew joins her and begins talking.

"Rudy and Chase are coming they just finished up their scene. They're getting food first and asked if we wanted anything," he reads off the text between the castmates. At the exact time, Alyssa's stomach gently growls but she shakes it off hoping Drew didn't hear anything.

"I'm good," She replies but he looks her right in the eyes and frowns.

"I just heard your stomach growl. JD texted me too Lyss." He says causing the girl to frown, upset that JD told Drew.

"I'm just not hungry Drew what's the big deal?" She asks getting defensive.

"You've been on set all day you need to feed your body, what's happening talk to me?" he continues concerned, placing his hand on her thigh squeezing in a comforting way.

"I just need to lose weight okay? I ate this morning I'll be fine until tomorrow," She finally admits. Drew's face instantly drops as he hears the words coming out of her mouth.

"Lyss you do not need to lose weight. Not eating is not healthy. You're perfect just the way you are," He comforts her as a few tears spill from her eyes rolling down her cheeks. He wipes the tears away with the pads of his thumbs and brings the girl into a tight hug.

"Thank you, Drew," She says as her head is nuzzled into his chest tightly. He responds by leaving a kiss on the top of her head as they both smile.

After about ten minutes the two other boys come barging into the trailer while Drew and Alyssa scroll through their phones, still sitting close to one another on the couch.

"Hello you two," Rudy greets first followed by the rest greeting each other.

"What time do you guys get out of here? We should throw a party back at the apartment complex," Chase suggests.

"Drew and I have our last scene together at 7 so we should be good after 8," Alyssa responds.

"Party is for sure happening, I'll text to group chat," Rudy says excitedly, sitting down on the couch next to the girl.

~ 2 hours later~

Alyss starts walking towards Drew's trailer after her scene, ready to go actually eat dinner with him before their last scene. She texts the boy that she's on her way back to the trailer but doesn't get a response, causing her to assume he fell asleep.

As she gets closer to the trailer she hears low talking and notices Drew with his back to her. She takes notice that he's on his phone and seems to be talking to someone on the other line. She goes to scare him but picks up on the conversation which quickly causes her to stay back and remain quiet.

"No bro, like the press for me would look so good if I ended up dating her. Like she's definitely not my normal type and you know she's like bigger so it'll like show that I look more for the personality you know?" Drew says to the person on the other end of the line.

Alyssa quickly turns around and walks away as fast as she can, not sure where she's going but making sure she is far away enough that Drew doesn't know she caught the middle of his conversation.

Tears begin to cloud her eyes and she tries even harder to hold them back. As she is walking in an unknown direction she bumps into something or someone.

"Whoa so.. Alyssa? What's wrong?" Chase asks, grabbing the girl's shoulders to steady her. She quickly wipes her tears and looks up at the boy smiling.

"Nothing? Why?" She asks not feeling like talking.

"Do you want to talk about it? We can go to my trailer? Where's Drew?" he asks the last question causing the girl to burst into tears again. Chase stares at the girl with the most concerned face.

"Come on," He says softly, leading her to his trailer without another word.

a/n: please don't hate me for how I'm portraying Drew. It's just for the plot of the story. It feels so wrong to have him act like this lol
