The girl sits down on the couch and instantly brings her knees to her chest, putting her head in between them. As she tries to hold back her tears she feels the couch dip down next to her. Expecting Chase to push and pry she is met with a comfortable silence. After a few minutes of dead silence aside from sniffles coming from the girl, Alyssa looks up from her position to make eye contact with a concerned Chase. He gives a questioning look, wanting to know what is wrong but not wanting to push her.
"If I tell you, you can't be mad at him and you can't say anything either," She finally says quietly.
"Okay.." He drags on in an unconvincing voice.
"Chase you have to promise me, please," She practically begs. He quickly nods his head in an agreeing way.
"Okay yes I promise I won't do anything, I'm just here to listen," He says in a much more convincing tone.
"I overheard Drew talking on the phone to somebody, he didn't know I was behind him. he was talking about how being with me would look good for his image," She whimpers, barely getting the full sentence out. She looks up to Chase and notice his entire demeanour change. His once concerned face is now covered with a face of full rage mixed with sadness.
"The fucking asshole," He breaths out as his face reddens. The girl puts her hand on his upper leg, trying to calm him down.
"Hey, you promised you wouldn't get mad at him," she begs in a convincing way.
"That was before you told me what he did. I'm going to kill him," he says, ignoring her pleas. He gets up, heading towards the door. This sudden burst of anger causes the girl to burst into a loud fit of tears, stopping Chase in his footsteps. He turns around quickly and sits back down next to her, embracing her as the tears continue to pour out of her eyes.
"How could he say something so cruel Chase?" She whimpers between breaths. This causes the boy to sigh, and pull away from their emrabce, placing both of his hands on each of her shoulders.
"I don't know Lyss, but he is so wrong. I don't know what he was implying by his dumb fucking comments but you are perfect just the way you are. You don't deserve to feel like this, especially after how you treated him," he goes on, trying to comfort her.
"I have one more scene with him tonight what do I even do?" She asks.
"I'll tell Jonas you got sick and you're throwing up in my trailer. It's just a minute scene it won't take more then an hour to make up some other time," he reasons, getting up ready to go talk to Jonas.
"I'll be right back okay? DO you want me to grab you anything? I don't have any more scenes we can leave once I talk to Jonas," He rambles on.
"Just please only go to Jonas, don't go and say anything to Drew. I want to talk to him myself first," She pleads. The boy nods and walks out of the trailer.
WHile Chase is gone the girl pulls her phone out and scrolls through Instagram. She gets a text from Drew as she is scrolling through her feed

After the third text the girl decides to just turn her phone off. She turns it off and brings her knees to her chest again, getting lost in her thoughts.
after about twenty minutes the door to the trailer opens up and back in walks Chase. the sudden boom causes Alyssa to look up and smile at the boy who returns the gesture.
"All good, he said he told you to get home and get some rest so lets go get fucking wasted," He says, which causes her to chuckle.
"I want to get blackout drunk, I don't have any scenes tomorrow so I can recover," She says, getting up. Chase quickly gathers his things and they exit the trailer. Alyssa follows the boy to the uber that is waiting for them outside of set.
"Time to forget this night," Alyssa says as they arrive at their hotel, causing Chase to chuckle slightly, but also flash a concerned glance.
