Inside the dorm room of team CRDL, Cardin is sitting inspecting his arm that was dislocated by Hawk earlier that day. The rest of his team Russel, Dove, and Sky, make their way back into the room. They seem to be laughing about something.
Cardin: "What the hell are you three laughing about? Can't, you see, I need to get payback on that murderer."
Russel: "That's the thing, Cardin, we already did."
Cardin: "Oh? I'd like to hear this."
Sky: "Well, we were thinking of a way to get back at him. Our first thought was just pranking him when we went on that field trip to Forever Falls."
Cardin: "Pretty good idea, needs some workshopping, but it could work."
Sky: "Well, as I said, it was our "original" idea. While we were walking in the courtyard, we spotted that red-haired girl that's a part of his team."
Cardin: "The Mistral Champion?"
Dove: "Yup. Anyway, we spotted her making googly eyes at a picture she had of Hawk."
Cardin: "Oooh? She has a little crush on the bandit. What a slut. I'm pretty certain we could use that against her if we get that photo."
Russel: "Well, we were thinking of a more immediate solution, but your plan would've worked way better."
Cardin: "Okay, dumbasses, you keep beating around the bush. What the hell did you three do?"
Sky: "You should've been there man, it was hilarious. We ended pelting her with some dirt and mud we were nearby."
Dove: "Extra points cause I'm pretty certain one of them had a rock in it cause from where we were, we could tell she got a nasty cut on her head." Cardin's face went pale.
Cardin: "Wait. So you three went and pelted the girl Hawk practically "mama birds" over with rocks and mud?" Fear took his heart as a loud boom of thunder could be heard.
Russel: "Huh? It's not supposed to rain today."
Before the four could react, their door is blown into pieces as an enormous explosion of lightning sends each of them hurling out of their dorm windows. It wasn't a long fall as they were only on the second floor, so their auras could take the fall. As they begin to pick themselves up, a large figure in black armor lands on the ground from their dorm room. The sound of thunder nearly deafens the four as they could barely hear the pleas of people.
Pyrrha: "Hawk! Stop, please!"
Ren: "You need to calm down!"
Nora: "Hawk, stop. This isn't right!"
The black-armored figure completely ignores them as in its right hand, a blade manifests itself in a flash of lightning, and in its left hand, another sword appears in a pillar of flame.
Cardin: "Look man, we're sorry we won't bother you anymore." He manages to say.
The dark-armored figure continues to walk menacingly toward the group as it nears the first of team CRDL. Dove manages to stand up as he feels sudden weightlessness as he falls back to the ground. He looked towards his legs to see, unlike him, they were still standing. A fountain of blood begins to spray from his lower half as he screams in pain, soon silenced as the figure drives the blade of fire into Dove's chest.
Hawk: Pulling the blade out. "You don't get to apologize."
He continues over to Russel now. Hawk performs an overhead cross slash with both blades splitting Russel into four pieces. Not even a sound was made from Russel as his corpse topples over. Then, not even batting an eye to Sky, he throws his left-handed blade, which drives into Sky's head, stopping him as he was trying to crawl away.
