The whole truth

"Where do you want me to start?" I sat in front of my dad on the ground with the pups on both sides of me.

"How about we start with how and why you found out about us. I wanted to keep you out of all of this." I laughed a sad laugh before looking at Alex and Luca.

"Yeah about that. People want Aryanna dead. I'll let her explain more. Part of it is because she's supposed to be married to me." My dad frowned and looked back to me.

"Ok, now Aryanna explain why people want you dead. I know it's more than you're married to Alexander. Alexander would've been attacked when Lucan left if they wanted to." Alex and Luca laughed a little before turning to me.

"Ok, I'll start with elementary school. You know that I always got amazing grades. I was always so excited to show you and mom my report cards but that only lasted a year. Mom kept telling me that I was a nerd and I didn't need that stuff because I was just going to be a wife in the end anyway." I could see my dad go to start talking but I held my hand up to stop him and I kept talking, "Around middle school Lexi joined in on the abuse. It only started when a boy she liked at the time said he liked me. She hated me for it and called me a whore because 'the only way he'd like me was if I slept with him'. I know now that it wasn't true but I was in middle school and it screwed me up. From then on she and mom decided to get a bit more physical with it but they always made sure to not hit my face."

"Aryanna I'm sorry. I knew something was up but I couldn't bring it up with her until I knew for sure." I just smiled at him.

"It's fine. I'm going to continue and I need you to just sit and listen. That includes you too Luca, and Alex, try not to break anything or punch anything." They all nodded at me to continue.

"Now we get to high school. I was in my junior year and Lexi was dating a boy named Aaron. She thought he loved her but she was wrong. One day Aaron's sister was having a party and Lexi made me go so that I could drive her back home. Party's aren't really fun to me so I went upstairs and went into the first room that didn't have anyone. Once I got into the room Aaron was there and I didn't know. I said sorry and tried to leave but he trapped me in and locked the door. He kept saying that he loved me and had wanted me for a long time. I kept saying no but he wouldn't let me go. He ended up throwing me on the bed by my hair and started to strip me. He got me down to just my pants before Lexi unlocked the door and found him on top of me."

I looked up at my dad and Luca. Alex was holding Luca down to the couch and my dad was clenching his fists together to the point his knuckles where white, "I pleaded at Lexi to help but when he said that I seduced him she believed him over me. She left me and Aaron in the room alone. When she came back she held two kitchen knives. Aaron was taken back a bit but just smiled and took one of them. They pinned me to the bed and took off my pants. They carved 'slut' into the inside of my thighs then left and made me clean up the mess. After that it got worse. They'd break a few bones here and there although it was mostly ribs. After they found out about my marriage to Alex, mom and Lexi decided that the only reason he'd want me is because I opened my legs for him and just 'slut wasn't enough'."

"Aryanna I love you but I'm going to kill someone and I won't regret it." I looked up at my dad as he stood up. I stood up and stopped him.

"I need to finish. Sit down and let me finish." He sat back down and folded his arms across his chest, "Lexi carved 'whore' under each breast while mom just watched and said I deserved it. A few hours ago before you got here mom called me and said that she'd make my life a living hell and part of that was going after Luca and Alex. That's when they decided to tell me. Me being me, I got curious so when they said they knew everything about everyone I decided to look up the one person who would truly make my life hell."
