Not him

After we actually got the drinks for everyone and a few treats for the pups we headed over to where Anna and Brandon were sitting and talking while the pups were panting at their feet. 

"Here are your drinks guys. The pups are passed the fuck out." Anna and Brandon laughed while Luca just took a sip of his coffee and smiled and I put the treats we got in front of them and put some water in front of them as well.

Before I could say anything else I felt my phone vibrating in my pocket as I was getting a call. I checked my phone and it was Alexander, I also noticed that he had texted me a few times but I was too sidetracked. I took a few steps away from the group and answered the phone.

"Where are you?!" I flinched at his harsh tone but shook it off when I felt Luca's hand on my back.

"I went out with Brandon, Anna, and a friend I met a while ago at the coffee shop."

"What's his name Aryanna?" I didn't say anything, "Tell me his damn name."

"Fine. His name is Lucan but he goes by Luca. Why? What's up with you?" I could hear his heavy breathing and that told me everything I needed to know. He was pissed, "Alexander I don't know what's going on but I need you to calm down. You're scaring me." I heard him take a deep breath.

"Aryanna please come home. We need to talk."

"Are you calmer now?" He gave a small yes, "Ok I'll be home soon, I'll have Anna and Brandon drop me off. I'll be home in 20 minutes."

"Ok." With that he hung up and I just looked at Luca who was frowning and staring at the ground.

"That answers my questions then."

"What do you mean?"

"Aryanna answer me truthfully. Are you married to Alexander Ridgeway?" I gave him a small nod, "Fuck! Look Aryanna, I really like you but I really hate Alexander. Talk to him and once you guys have figured shit out come back to me." With that he kissed me on the cheek and left.

"I'm confused but I feel like you're more confused." I gave Anna a nod, "Well it looks like you and hubby are going to be having a very interesting conversation at dinner tonight."

Brandon lightly slapped her arm and told her to shut up. The problem is she isn't wrong. Once we got the dogs on their leashes we loaded into the car and headed home. Anna stopped by the front door and gave me a big hug and helped the dogs out before she and Brandon left. I turn around and there is a pissed off Alexander. The pups could sense his anger and stood in front of me. I guess that snapped him out of his mood because he became less tense and moved inside the house. This will be interesting to say the least.

-Time skip-

I've been sitting on the couch just staring at him while he paced back and forth in the middle of the living room. He would stop pacing to look at me before he started pacing again. This went on for at least half an hour, probably more. Finally I gave up and just broke the silence.

"Look Alexander if you don't talk to me I won't have any idea what I did wrong." He stopped pacing and glared at me.

"You can't see him ever again." He tried to walk away but I spoke up before he could.

"What the hell do you mean I can't see him!" He strode towards me until he was close enough I could feel his breath.

"Because I said so." I stared up at him and just crossed my arms across my chest and glared at him while he just glared back down at me.

"Sorry but that's not a reason." He started pacing again, "Would you stop pacing! Just tell me what the problem is!"

"The problem is I said not him!"
