No one stopped him because they were too focus on keeping the barriers up.

Rosalyn and Mary had also casted barriers in their own way under Raon's barrier since Eruhaben didn't look too good.

The sky rumble as another round of the lightning started falling like rain. Raon's barriers started breaking one by one.

Until all of them broke. Which Rosalyn's barrier which was just under Raon's also broke as well as Mary's.

Eruhaben barrier also cracked a little but it didn't broke as the lightning soon stopped.
