RUBY Has a Daughter?!

Chapter 8

AYO!!! Yes, I was able to get a chapter out for this story on a week day!!! Surprised!!!! Not going lie editing this chapter took up the most time up more then anything!! I think many of you Ruby x Neo fans are going to very happy with this chapter. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did with typing it.

10 days have passed since Ruby has come hunting for the Grimm she was supposed to kill. 5 days since Neo has been with her, and their relationship has improved. Well, if you mean, Neo stops giving Ruby shit somewhat, and she stops trying to kill her. Neo still tags along with her and sends small messages here and there. Neo is usually asking how she is holding up? Telling her, she is still behind her. Or a flirty text to Ruby.

Ruby learns Neo is such a tease when she wants to be. Neo would lean up against Ruby a lot, touch Ruby anywhere on her body. One time, she found out Ruby was very ticklish, and she was very sensitive if she blew in Ruby's ear, which Neo found out when one day and she sneaked up on Ruby and blew in her ears and got a slight moan blushing Ruby that one morning. It was a weird morning for sure. But that is not the only thing Neo would even wear Ruby's favorite red hood. Ruby stumbled behind this one night when she came out of the shower and saw Neo twirling with her red hood on, and she had to go back into the bathroom from blushing so hard, nearly crashing from just how cute Neo looked in it.

This threw Ruby entirely off!!! And she won't lie...she has been stealing glance and Neo here and there. Ruby has tried to flirt back, or if you call Ruby trying to say she smell nice or she cute short girl. It usually ends up with Neo giggling a bit at Ruby's failed attempt at flirting. But she does tell Ruby it's nice. Neo has typed to Ruby. She usually doesn't get compliments like that, so it was nice to hear someone else say it to her.

Neo also found out favorite treat is cookies, no surprise there. Neo found this funny, and she found this out when she saw Ruby snacking on some cookies in the middle of the search. Neo won't lie; she found it quite adorable. Ruby has been trying to recreate what she did a few days ago against the Goliath but no luck. Neo had to come in and save her a few times and tell her cannot get herself KILLED!!! And they're still looking for this STUPID GRIMM!!!! The two are currently looking.

Neo: *type* "UGH!!! We still looking for this stupid Grimm!!! Does this damn thing even exist?!?!" Ruby looked at her phone and sent a picture to Neo, which was a little blurry, but Neo could make out a Grimm looking skinny and standing on two long legs?

Ruby: "I-It exists, it just being a huge pain to find that all."

Neo: *type* "That is an understatement." As the two are walking, Neo thinks of something and texts Ruby. "So, what are you going to do once this mission is over?"

Ruby: *sigh* "To be honest....I don't know? I want to run to Ozpin and tell him about Cinder and them but I can't....No matter what I wrap my head around."

Neo: raise an eyebrow at this and type, "Why?"

Ruby: "How do I even go about it? I can't just walk up and call Cinder and them out in front of everyone with no proof. And even if I use what proof I do have it wouldn't be right."

Neo: *type* "I'm still confused? Why wouldn't it be right?" *type* "Cinder wants to bring down Beacon. What is not right about that?!" Ruby stops and turns and looks at Neo.

Ruby: "You."

Neo: *type* "Excuse me?"

Ruby: "I would have to explain how I got this information and in turn I would have to have to say I was attacked by you which would put you along with them. They would then track you and throw you in a cell and rot away for what!? For helping me to catch a group of people that basically have you and the only person you ever care for at gunpoint? I might be young but I have put some things together and one thing I put together was life was never fair for you Neo. You've been fighting your entire life, you want nothing more but to get you and your boss free. You don't want anything to do with Beacon. It just wouldn't be right to throw you in jail after you went out your way to tell me about your past."
