RUBY Has a Daughter?!

Chapter 18

Howdy, Howdy folks. Guess who's back with another update! YES! Yes, I have return. If you think I would forget about this story. HA! Never! There are moments in this story, that keeps me going. I will say the only reason It took me a while to update this story was because...well not just other stories but I mainly had issue writing out this chapter...I'll just say that...I had to change a few things. But, I do not want to take up you guys time up.

It's been two weeks since Team WBY, and they last saw Ruby and her gang. Traveling for them has been challenging. For starters Yang and Blake rarely talk, they talk, but it is very brief and back to silent. Weiss herself has been in her own little world and rarely talking as well and just has been thinking about what has happened for the past few weeks and coming to terms with everything.

It didn't help that the Ace-ops hasn't been the best group of people to talk to, given their view on everything and how they view this current mission. It has come close with Team WBY and The Ace-ops about to fight if it wasn't for Clover, Winter, and Qrow, the two teams would have tried to beat down on each other.

Things were going normal as they could be....that was until the meet-up with Team JNPR. They wanted to keep in secret that they ran into Ruby and them, so it didn't take long for Qrow and Clover to catch on that they ran into them. And it started a whole another big argument.

Harriet: "EXCUSE ME!?!! You ran into the person we needed and didn't even try!! What the hell!!" Harriet walks up to Jaune and grips the top of the shirt. "I don't know what type of bullshit she said to you or think but the mission was to capture the damn girl and bring them in."

Pyrrha: *grip Harriet's wrist causing her to wince a bit* "I highly recommend you to let go!" She had a pissed-off look in her eyes, and the maiden power was slipping out.

Harriet: *stanch her arm back* "Tch, you all clearly don't know what is at stake if you willingly let them go."

Nora: "It was a smart move we couldn't have hoped to win. It would have probably just ended with us losing. Then the trail goes cold and Ruby would be much more high alert."

Jaune: "Plus, why are we even targeting her?! Because her kid?! We shouldn't involve someone else's family."

Elm: "That little girl is the key to stopping this war."

Pyrrha: "She's only 5!?! How is she going to do anything at this point!"

Vines: "That for the General and Headmaster Ozpin call to make. We were given the order to capture them and bring them in, you have to understand this is for the greater good for humanity."

Ren: "Greater good? Wasn't the plan to get all the maidens?! And have them grow strong?"

Harriet: "Well clearly that plan has got to shit because you all can't seem to find the other half of the fall maiden power tch some maiden you are."

Janue: "HEY!"

Vines: "Plus, the winter maiden has gone rouge and she seems to continue to fight against us even though it was the better for humanity the thing she was made to protect. I guess she failed her programming."

Nora: "Penny is more than a machine!"

Elm: "You all have to understand this has gone off far too long and people are tired of this! We tired of all this death dealing with Salem forces. The longer you all try to continue delaying this and see her as the same person once before the more people are going to die! We want to end this."
