Howdy, Howdy, I'm back! What you all thought I was going leave all hanging for a while!? NOPE! I want to get to this chapter, I will admit I was off to a slow start given since some stuff going on in my IRL and the next few weeks are going determine some stuff for me. But I don't want to get into here.

You all here for Ruby Daughter! And I will have to say....oooh I was begin an evil person this chapter. I'm not going lie, I was going too far a bit. Maybe. That for all you to decide if I was going to far.

I will say the original ending of this chapter got move because I notice the ending I had plan was going make this chapter extra long. And it going be a minute before I get type for a while. That all I will say. So some of the chapter got move to the next chapter which spoiler will be a .5 chapter. HEH! But, I do like where I end this chapter LOL!

We go over to Ruby and her gang, it's been two days since the fight with the Ace-ops, and Penny had her talk with Neo. As much as they try to get the mood back to how it was with Penny, they begin all cheerful and keep the spirit high doing the hikes. It was clear Penny still had some lingering feelings about the whole thing.

Neo lets Ruby know to give Penny time to think; how Penny feels about what went down is ultimately up to her and how she allows her to affect her. They did their part, and now all they can do is be there and give her support when she needs it.

Doing the nighttime, they allow Jade to sleep near Penny, which has made Penny very happy and has put her mind semi-at at ease.

They had to skip the last town for them to stop when it came to the villages, given it was attacked as well, and there wasn't much left to it, and they didn't want to learn if any Grimm lingered around.

Speaking of Grimm, Ruby took notice of the lack there has been since the village attack. Now, this wouldn't bother her since her current goal is to get to Patch with the least resistance. But, the fact there was a massive horde of Grimm that attacked the villages in the area, the fact they haven't run into not a single lingering Grimm....

It gave Ruby some major red flags that she didn't like. But for now, they continue on their way. Neo walked up next to Ruby. Penny was carrying Jade this time, so Neo's hands were free to allow her to text Ruby some stuff.

Neo: *typed* "Alright, so how pissed you think Ironwood is currently."

Ruby: "Well given the fact, now we have avoided his arrest three times. Have the winter maiden with us, beaten some of his best men, and still on the run. Oh we have our daughter he wants so badly. I'll say we're on his shit list!!"

Neo: *chuckled* *Typed* "Yeah, I never was one for Atlas bullshit and now we are basically going against their head boss, we basically became the world's worst criminals."

Ruby: "If I have to become the world's worst criminal to protect my daughter I will do it with no hesitation."

Neo: *typed* "Same." *Typed* "You know it's funny, I bet a lot of people wouldn't expect you to do that or even think that."

Ruby: "Well many people think I wouldn't marry the best and awesome person in the world with one of the coolest with the cutest nickname." Ruby smiles at Neo.

Neo: *typed* "You know what to say to a lady dear." *chuckled*

Ruby: "Well, I try my best for my teacher." Neo chuckled. It was quiet for a bit, and then she sent Ruby a text she wasn't expecting.
