Chapter 6: Invasion! Part 2

Without delay, Salem put up another spell. This one was was a barrier spell. With the wave of her hand, an invisible barrier formed over both the special guests' seats and her students, Essentially locking all parties. The woman with the umbrella looked like a student herself. She was no older than her teens, she had on a beautiful green kimono and she had straight long brown hair with brown eyes. Although the barrier was invisible, an ethereal clock formed on both ends showing it was in effect.

"Truly impressive... maintaining two separate fights by hour hand, and yet.. you still were able to use another hour spell? Don't those things take a massive toll used more than once? Or maybe you're just a monster?" The umbrella girl complimented as she twirled it. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath.

"Thank you... Do show me more.." She continued as she opened her eyes again. Thats when Hera came to a shocking realization

"You... You're that mage.." Hera said a little worried as she pointed. Ra reached forward with his hand and it was bounced back.

"A barrier..." Loki said.

"Welp, we can't join the fight, so minds well watch," Loki followed up as he crossed his legs in his seat and put his hands behind his head.

"Lakia... These people are.." Mizune said quietly. Lakia just nodded in agreement

"They're very strong yes. I can feel it," The pink haired sorceress said confidently. Although she knew who exactly they all were prior. Michael looked nervous, neither him nor Lucifer could help the fight though he didn't know if that was a good or bad thing. He just crossed his arms in his seat. Lilith remained quiet as usual but it was pretty obvious the strongest demon was somewhat intimidated.

"Amaterasu, Don't hold back!" Ra shouted. She just gave him a look before she closed her eyes and put her hand on her kitana.

So there it was. Amaterasu, Salem, Rhea, and Hera against Achilles, Artemis, Atlas, A tribal woman, and umbrella mage and Apophis.

"Teyza Kuyomi." Salem said sternly. Teyza covered her mouth with her umbrella and giggled

"Oh? You know who I am yet you showed me your ability anyway? I heard Salem was wise.." Teyza mocked. Atlas cracked his neck

"We're on God killing business," Atlas said. Hera eyed him intently and they both began walking up to each other slowly. One thing the gods always feared, was The Queen of The Gods pissed off. Everyone knew those two were going to fight and that was the end of it.

"Its a shame Zeus isn't here... guess I'll start with his wife," The Titan said disappointed.

"This is all but a fucking waste of time." Amaterasu responded a bit angry. She formed a blue aura over her body, gripped her sword tightly, hunched her body forward and flew forward. It seemed like everybody was frozen as the sun goddess moved. Her target was Teyza Kuyomi. Ama drew her blade, and with a clean strike, cut the woman in half. She wasted no time, and then did the same to Atlas, Achilles, The tribal woman, Apophis and lastly Artemis. She rushed back to her original position, and sheathed her sword. Hera looked at Amaterasu suddenly as all of their enemies suddenly got cut in half. Amaterasu closed her eyes, turned around and said,

"What a waste of time. If time meant anything to me to begin with." Everyone in the stands had no idea what happened. Salem, Ra, and Rhea did however. Hera saw it only briefly. Salem's expression hadn't changed at all despite her victory. Its almost as if...

The sound of a clock went off. Amaterasu's ears twitched as she quickly turned around. When she did, all of her enemies were completely unharmed.

"Impossible...! What sorcery is this?!" Amaterasu shouted in anger as she touched her sword again before Salem spoke.

"Minute Hand.." Salem noted. Amaterasu had no idea what the witch was referring to but knew it was something related to her. Mizune remember it was the same spell they had borrow from Salem in order to take out that rogue demon.

"That's the second time... you actually fell for that," Apophis stated. Amaterasu was curious on the first time till she remembered.

"Wait... I killed you," The fox goddesses stated surely until Ra butted in.

"Ama," He said. She widened her eyes and realized that was the first time. Ra was always slightly stronger than her yet it never occurred to her how she was able to easily kill his eternal rival. In that moment of hesitation, Apophis fired a beam of darkness from one of the anaconda wrapped around her body at her. In the kitsune's distracted state, she wasn't able to dodge or parry. It pierced through her stomach, which dropped her to her knees. Apophis was about to fire another one at her head, but Salem deflected it with her bare hands. She wasn't unharmed, it actually burned Salem's hand but she didn't seem to care.

"Time doesn't mean anything to you? Yet you just lost to a time based illusion?" Teyza mocked. Amaterasu stood up though she had a perfect small hole in her abdomen. Atlas appeared behind her suddenly and attempted to punch her in the back of the head, but he was intercepted by Hera whom grabbed his arm. The two of them began engaging in hand to hand at the back of the arena.

"Guess I'm next." Artemis said as she drew her bow. She quickly fired multiple arrows at all of them except Hera. Salem dodged them casually as did Rhea. Amaterasu was injured but she drew her blade and sliced the arrows cleanly in half. Even at her weakened state this was child's play. Apophis pointed

"I want her... alone," She was referring to Amaterasu. Amaterasu snapped her fingers as did Apophis and the two of them created a portal to a void and jumped into it. Atlas flew towards Hera and went for a punch, but she snapped her fingers and ducked. A portal opening up to another void made the Titan slip into it which hera jumps in right after him. And just like that 4 people were separated. Salem seemed relaxed now that all that extra pressure was off her and her school. Left was only Achiles, Artemis, The Tribal woman, and Teyza Kuyomi.

"2 on 4..." Michael said looking at the remaining combatants.

"Salem, Give me access to cross the barrier," Odin said calmly. Salem didn't say a word but nodded. It seemed like her will was the only condition required to let those freely pass the separation barrier.

"May i as well? Ole great witch?" Ra asked nicely though he seemed like he already knew her answer. Salem followed up,

"Anyone on the special guests side may pass as they see fit." Everyone there sort of looked at each other. The goddess Artemis eyed Athena as she made her way past the barrier. There it was. Achilles and Artemis were squaring off against Michael and Athena, The tribal woman was facing off against Lilith and Loki, lastly Ra, Odin, Rhea and Salem were facing off against Teyza The Legendary sorceress. One of the students by Lakia spoke,

"What? Those 4 against one woman?" Mizune found it peculiar as well that is until...

"3 billion....." Mizune read the magic reading device in horror as he shook.

"Is this really a mage like us..?" Mizune followed up in shock. Salem says

"4 of us against the most powerful wizard in probably this entire omniverse..." Ra looked a bit nervous as he responds,

"Not sure I like these odds."

Amaterasu is the Japanese goddess of the sun. She is the fastest being in all of Creation with the only a few beings being fast enough to rival it. Azura, Remia, and Rhea. She is also kitsune, normally her fox tails are not visible, however they do show whenever she is not around others or show of intimidation. Amaterasu is weaker than Ra and Apophis strength wise and versatility, but due to her speed and her powerful katana, she is considered top 3 most dangerous beings in the multiverse. She is quite arrogant and shows general disinterest with anyone not Ra. The goddess has an intense hate for Hera and angels.
