Lucifer was distracted amongst the powerful fighting that was happening beyond this dimension. Salem had her focus entirely on the invaders which meant this fight nor the one with the mages were being broadcasted. Hour hand was still in place because all of them would spawn directly inside the arena once the fight is over. Joshua flew towards Lucifer again trying to eat her, but she put out her left palm and blocked his nose preventing him from moving an inch. She has yet focused on him at all since the fighting at the school started. Joshua exhaled flames from his nose, which prompted the archangel to jump away. Lucifer summoned a golden light katana out of thin air formed by her wings. She took a stance mid air with one handed. Joshua fired more red breath attacks but Lucifer effortless cleaved them in two evenly with her sword. The devil spoke,

"A failed ascension call, stands no chance against an angel of my tier. You surprised me at first, but all you did was increase your stats. All of which are far inferior to mine. Begone." Lucifer flew towards him in a beam of light and cleaved him in two with her sword. Due to the dragon's massive size, it actually took him longer to resurrect again. Lucifer looked down on the red dragon and smiled

"This sword is Katera. A golden katana formed from a thousand dying angel's grace. I don't fancy weapons as much as my siblings. But I'm the one that taught little sister how to use her swords, so the universe can't completely count me out," Lucifer explained as she caressed her sword like a baby. Joshua just snarled in response. The angel giggled in response. She pointed the katana at his head from above

"I shouldn't of let you ascend you were much more entertaining before. And honestly... kinda cute.." Lucifer remarked as she fired a beam of golden light from her katana tip at his head. To her surprise, he was able to dodge it by flying away. The angel let out,

"Interesting.." She tracked his new movements behind her. She blocked his snout again, but this time kicking one of her legs from behind stopping him in his tracks. She vanished and reappeared above him, and dropped kicked him into the ground. In a fit of rage Joshua roared in the sky sending massive Shockwave throughout the world. It was strong enough to blow her hair around, but she wasn't fazed. With every ounce of arrogance the angel flipped her beautiful red hair. Joshua was about to attack her again but she took a two handed sword stance and said,

"Katera, Third Step. Angel tears and sorrows." She put her katana behind her and her eyes lit up golden. It seemed like nothing had happened as lucifer regained her original position and had her arms at her sides again. Before the dragon knew it, it had a zigzag light pattern all across its body. Lucifer smiled as she knew exactly what happened. She had sliced him a million times at speeds he couldn't process. And once again, he died. Oddly, it took him longer to resurrect this time. It was peculiar to the angel as she said,

"That's strange. Hour hand is being faulty. Salem must be..," As she looks up and the sky shakes violently.

"I can feel his aura.." Lucifer noted to herself worried.

"Pay attention." A voice spoke out from below her. She looked down and saw Joshua as himself again. He had red tribal marks running along his face, neck, and arms. Once again he was back in his sorcerer robe. There was another massive change however. He still had wings. They were massively reduced in size. The mage was breathing heavy, but it came out in steam from the heat inside his core. Lucifer got extremely intrigued

"So you actually did it... You hunk," Lucifer said excited with a naughty smile on her face. He smiled as well.

"Yea..." was all he could mutter exhausted. However as calm as she was, that quickly changed when he flexed his steaming red aura. She raised her eyebrows and instinctively put up her light aura. Lucifer frowned and said to herself,
