"Okayyyyy so you came back to the bau from your break from everything correct?" Lupita said now sitting down and setting up the phone where you could see them

"Yeah then I remember this part but I took a hot minute and threw away that stupid ass note remember I showed you? But I don't remember anything after that

"Yes I do but now what I want you to do is close your eyes and take and deep breathe I just want you to know if anything gets too intense open your eyes I'm here okay?" Lupita said reassuring me

"Okie let's do this," I said closing my eyes and trying to remember everything...

"So you walk in the bau take a breather throw away the note what do you do next? Do you walk in? Then where do you go?" Lupita said

"Yes I walked in then I walked to where people were then JJ ran up to me bear hugged me..uh oh then Rossi came out questioning her then all of them came and welcomed me back... I and Rossi started talking then all of sudden I heard footsteps rushing down the stairs I turn and see Derek trying to get to me but JJ had stopped him then I just felt so..so just cluttered so I just need some fresh air so I walked out then... OMG!" I shot up more since I had leaned back my eyes wide open I can't believe this...I finally remembered who did it...

"WHAT!?! EVERYTHING OKAY!?! ARE YOU OKAY!??" Lupita yelled over the phone worried of course I mean I would be too if this was them

"Yeah! Yeah...I remember who it was Lupita I have to get dressed and go to the bau I need to tell them everything even the note I'll call you when I can I love you bye bestie" I said getting up and getting my clothes

"Oh! Yeah, update when you can love you bye!" Then they ended the call and I got dressed. God I'm so getting suspended after this fuck!
