(Hey guys!😁😁 welcome back! Ty for all the nice comments, as a first time writer it really lifts my spirits, anyway...today is going to be espressos and Madeleine first interaction! Well... in the story at least)
Espresso,
Espresso follows Gingerbrave closely, he wasn't as fast as him and even though they weren't running. It was getting harder to keep up with him,
I haven't had enough coffee for this....thought espresso to himself, soon they approached the main fountain. Where Gingerbrave had already gathered some the cookies, Mala Sauce and Twizzly gummy we're chatting next to wizard. Mala sauce stood confidently, she always did think she was hot stuff, though none could question of bravery and Dedication to spice, gummy on the other hand....
" I'M READY FOR MAYHEM!!!" Gummy shouted.. think of the devil as they say... Espresso thought. She breathed rapidly and was more like an unhinged screw, she turned her entire body with the excitement of battle towards them. She was completely crazy.... atleast that's what Espresso thought, trying not to look her in the eye as they approached.
" Well, you don't have to wait much longer. We have our final member" said Gingerbrave cheerfully, stepping aside so that everyone could see me. Having everyone's eyes on me made me nervous but with a breath I stepped forward.
" would you mind telling me what exactly has happed?" I asked, tilting my head to the side a little
" of course!" Explained wizard " we've called you all here, for we need you're assistance...." it was then wizard was cut off, by someone else approaching the group.
Big! And loud! I didn't even dare look up, "have you already started without us?" Madeleine boomed, strawberry beside him... What's he doing here?
Espressos face fell. It didn't matter where, when or what Madeleine was doing he always seemed to cause trouble and bother, the other cookies loved him so... but for Espresso he was nothing more then a loud nuisance. " I was just starting to explain to the other's why we brought them here" wizard finished
"YEAH! WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL!" Twizzly gummy piped up, now Madeleine was far! From a quite person but if there was anyone! Who could top him for volume it was gummy! Even in ear shot, she would be shouting. " It's the cake monster's " Gingerbrave quickly added to the conversation before Gummy could continue shouting. "Yes..." said wizard more softy trying to bring to groups volume down a tad
" we need you're help, the cake monster's are completely out of control" before he could even finish, mala light up with the chance to fight! " If it's extra Spice! You need we got that covered!" She declared dramatically, " I'm glad to hear that, will need all of you to deal with the situation" wizard stated with a nod, and turned his staff outwards towards the jelly station to lead the way.
All.... of... us... the words hit espresso like a rock.... does that mean.. he dared to look up as the group started to move and follow wizard, Madeleine was on the other side of the group. As espresso peeked up, he glimpses Madeleine turning to follow wizard. A slight flick of his hair, as the sun shone off his armour...
Espresso narrowed his eyes with grievance.. ( now the exact word's espresso probably ar't very PG 13 but it does have to do with a donkey's butt)
