( There’s two things you should never do my dear reader's, mess with a gardener and start a bar fight)
Herb and Sparking;
It was a normal evening in the bar for herb and Sparking, the sun was setting as customer enjoyed their drinks. As usual the regulars could be seen in the crowd, including vampire who was sitting on a stool by the bar with his wine, the only unusual thing was that alchemist was with him!
" you are coming home with me! Right now!! Bro!!!" She demanded standing in front of him, her arm's folded. Not that vampire cared, he continued to sip his wine without a care in the world." Shhhhhhhhhh" He pressed his finger to his sister's lips, he was already tipsy and alchemist have had enough of this! " you've been in this bar! Three day's in a row now!" She scolded him, alchemist couldn't count the amount of times she had to drag vampire home. Just once she would like him to be sensible....
" I'm F.. Fine!" He hiccuped, alchemist rub her face her eye's narrow. Why did her brother have to be so difficult.... she sighed and try to explain " bro... if I don't bring you home sooner or later. You'll sit here to the kingdom falls apart!!!!!"
BOOM!!!! a distinct thud was heard, it was so loud and powerful that the wine in vampire's glass shock! The entire of the bar stopped! From the sudden shake, it was like a mini earthquake.
" what was that?...." alchemist peeped, even the cool, calm bar tender Sparking was taken back by the sudden tud! Still he tired to keep everyone calm.
" it's alright! Everyone! Nobody panic!" Sparkling affirmed, tossing his cloth over his shoulder. Walking from behide his bar, he made his way to the bars large window's. Many of the other cookie patrons had gather round to see where the noise had come from. The booth closest to the window housed three cookie's, all curious to see what happened,
" sound's like someone's having a party! aeee Adventurer?" Gumball cookie was sat up on his knees, peering out the large window's of the bar. He chewed on his favourite Starwberry bubblegum as always, to gumball bubblegum wasn't just for eating. It was for making art!
" sound's like the call to adventure if I've ever heard one!" Adventurer said with a grin, he was sat across from Gumball. Drink in hand he didn't seem to phased, taking a sip from his drink he got an idea! " we should go check it out!"
" no one is going anywhere...." Sparkling confronted, now behide the three's table. Adventurer cookie frown, turning around to see the bar tender. " killjoy..." He mumbled, who was speaking to tell Adventurer what to do? I mean Adventure was literally in his name! He can't just sit here
Sparkling eye's narrowed at Adventurer hearing the complaint..." we don't know what's happening..." Sparkling explained, turning his attention back to the window for a moment. He couldn't see anything but he knew something was wrong....
" Right!" He called out into the bar, " it's best everyone stays here! Until we know what's happening!" He turned towards the cookies so that everyone could hear him, this sent a few concerned mumbles and whisper's across the bar...
Adventurer was still determined though! Getting up from his seat to face Sparkling " I'm not just going to sit here!" He proclaimed! Giving a brave stance.
The other cookie's stared at him for a moment, not knowing what to do... Sparkling just face palmed himself . Trying not to get mad at the rambunctious Adventurer, looking back up again he did notice something odd...
" ehhhhh, Adventurer? Hate to rain on you're parade but you already seem to be a man down" Sparking now grinned pointing back to the booth, Gumball cookie was still there. But Sparkling was indeed right!
Turning to see what Sparkling ment, he saw that the spot next to Gumball was indeed empty. Even he couldn't help but wonder. Where is???
" I'm over here..." a voice said. Everyone looked around but couldn't see anything.
Gumball was still chewing, he didn't know how his friend got away but it did make him laugh.
" come on Ninja! Stop playing around!" He called out. Knowing his friend could definitely hear him.
Suddenly, Ninja appeared!
" I agree..." He quietly confirmed with Adventurer. " we should check it out"
Sparkling Groaned.. " not all of us can disappear like you Ninja"
" I don't not " disappear" " Ninja grumbled. " I am as fast as the wind! As silent as a mouse! As!!!"
" Yeah, yeah, yeah" we don't have time for the spill right now.." Gumball intrupted blowing one of his bubbles.
Suddenly some footsteps were heard! The bar being on edge went silent....
It sounded like it was coming from upstairs? It was a common fact that Sparklings bar had two floors, the first was obviously the bar itself. The second was Sparklings apartment.
" what's all this noise about?!" Herb demanded, everyone turned to see him. His arm's crossed angerliy.
Great... sparking thought. If there was one thing he knew it was that you should never upset a gardener! Walking over back to the bar. He tried to comfort his boyfriend
" it's okay.. go back upstairs babe" He cooed to him from across the bar, herb still didn't look pleased though... " would someone tell me what's going on?" He turned to look at the customer's.
" we heard a Loud! Sound!!!" Vampire spoke louder then necessary, even in a crisis he still sat siping on his wine,
" a loud sound?" Herb questioned, his eye brow raised.
Alchemist adjusted her glasses before correcting her slightly drunken brother
" that's a simple way to put it... but yes. It seems as if some sort of comoation is happing..."
Before herb could ask any more questions there came another
THUD! THUD!! the ground shock! What ever had made that noise before was getting closer! All the cookies we're very worried at this point. But herb and Sparking weren't going to waste another second debating
" Right!" Sparkling called out again, " Batten down the hatches!, I may not no what's coming! But we need to protect are self’s!!!"
" I'll go get cookiesnaps...."
