Chapter 4 Worried

I woke up the next morning feeling sick of course I ran to the bathroom and picked my guts up and then finnaly I flushed the tolet and washed my mouth out as I was bout to start getting ready my phone went off and I just stood there like who in the world messages me this early? I walked up to my night stand and took the phone off the charger I saw Joshua's name and I unlocked my phone to read what he said.

Joshua: Hey baby I just wanted to say good morning to you and the baby and also don't forget to set up an appointment.

I just starred at my phone smiling like a dummy until I realized I got to start getting ready I texted him back.

N: Good morning to you too and thank you! See you at school.

I didn't feel to confterbal saying baby yet because I don't want to get my self attached to him and then he just leaves me and the baby but I could be wrong he might actually care I just don't know. I finished getting ready and then called to set up an appointment after school tomorrow and then put a reminder on my phone cause I'm not that great of keeping up with things like that.

I finished getting ready just wearing something confterbal a big T-shirt, some jogging pants, threw on my bobs, got my stuff, and headed out to my car, off to school I go yay I said in a sarcastic voice.

When I got to school Joshua waited for me at the door, when I walked up he gave me a big hug and kissed my forhead, he grabbed my hand and then we walked into school together when we were finally inside everyone just starred at us I gave him a hug and I left to find my friends I tolded him I will meet up with him this after noon to go to the appointment. When I finally found my friend Carmen she just looked at me and she hugged me and then Taylor showed up scaring both of us because we didn't even see her when I looked at her I could tell she was mad at me or confused with me, "hey tay what's wrong?" Trying to play it off. "What were you doing walking in with Joshua and also holding hands with him, huh? Well tell me, wait are y'all dating!" Her face turned mad I looked at her and looked back at Carmen and then Taylor. "Tay can we please talk this afternoon and I will explain everything to you please tay!" I said serious trying not to loose my best friend. She looked at me and the huffed, "fine Nicole I'll be at your house after 5 when I'm done with cheer leading practice." I looked at her in relied, "thank you tay!" Before we could say anything els the bell rung and we all went to our classes.

*Later that day*

Finally it was time to leave this hell house I hate school so bad the only reason I go is because well #1 I have to #2 its the only time I get to see my friends besides summer that's bout it why I go if we could have our own choice I wouldn't go at all. I was at my car bout to get in when I saw Joshua walk up to me and surprised me with a kiss and a hug when are lips finally broke I told him to follow me home and I'll ride with him the appointment he nodd and kissed me and hoped in his mustang and left to head to my house. When I got to my house I saw my dads car there I walked him and we just starred at each other and I threw my stuff up in my room and headed back to were Joshua was waiting for me and we left.

On the ride to the Dr appointment it was silence until we got there Joshua got out of the car and walked over to my side to open my door to let me out when we walked in I went up to the front desk were a lady gave me some papers to fill out and told me to sit until I was called back. After it seem like forever I finally herd my name be called, "Nicole Gullett!" We got up and walked to the back were I gave her my clip board with the papers I filled out, we enter a room and the nurse tells me to lay down on the bed and lift up my shirt I do what she said and then she puts the cold gel on my tummy and turn on the monitor she starts moving her hand around to see the baby and then she looks at us and then back at the screen and she had a confuse face and then takes her hand off my stomach and looks at us and said, "The docter will be in, in a moment." And walks out of the room.

I turn my head to Joshua we both had a worried look and then we herd a knock at the door and then the Docter came in, "Hello my name is Jenny I will be your docter." She said with a smile and shook both of our hands and then said, "well let's see what we have here." She puts more jel on my stomach and then started to move around her she didn't have any face expression and then her eyes widen like something was wrong. I looked at Joshua we starred at each other and grabbed my hand and held it right for what we were about to hear. I looked back at the docter and said, "what's wrong Is my baby OK?" I paused for a second, "is there anyrhing in there?" I said nervously trying to hold back the tears.

The docter looks at us and finally spoke, "well..."
