Violet POV
I felt my eyes open and a somewhat stinging pain. "Eh...where am I?" I mumbled, my head spinning and my stomach pained, as well as an intense throbbing above my eye. I tried to lean up only for general hands to press me back down. "Now now...rest. Your body has been through a lot." I heard Tauriel's soothing voice. "Wh-what do you mean?" I asked. She smiled sadly at me. "You where injured in battle...badly." She said. I leaned up, slightly hissing in pain. I reached up and felt a bandage around my head. I looked down to see all I had on was a wrap around my chest to cover my breasts, and a bandage around my lower abdomen. I frowned and looked at my arm which had a solid brace. "What happened to me?" I asked. "You fought valiantly, you saved Kili and Fili's life, and Thorin pulled you out of the water when Azog pulled you under" she said. My interest peaked at the name of my king. I shook my head and glanced over seeing a mirror, I had a large place bruise outlining my inner eye. "What happened to my eye?!?" I asked. "You broke your browbone." She said. "Lovely...can I walk?" I asked. She nodded, "it will hurt...I can promise you that." She said. I nodded and stood. My stomach extending the stitches on my lower back. "Did Azog stab me from behind?" I asked. Tauriel nodded. "We found his body...it had one of your daggers lodged in his eye." She said. "Damn...I really liked that knife." I said. She chuckled before pulling it from behind her. I smiled and reached for it. "Thank you!!!" I said happily. "Thorin and the others have gathered in Erebor for a great feast. We where to send news to Thorin when you awoke." She said. I nodded, "oh yeah...I told you not to let them in. Well," I said walking out of the tent. "Violet! You are hardly clothed!!" Tauriel said. "It's alright. The cold breeze feels nice." I said stretching, ignoring the pain. I heard Tauriel mumble behind me, "I need to find that dwarf...I was wrong at what I told him." She said. "What was that?" I asked. "Oh, nothing I made a mistake while checking you earlier and he ran off all concerned to tell Thorin. I need to tell him all is well and you will recover perfectly fine." She said. I nodded slowly, "um...alright." I said as I walked a little furthur, testing my limits. "How on earth you are walking after injuries like that is a mystery to me my dear." I turned and saw Gandalf walking towards me. "Gandalf!" I said happily before trying to run to him though my pain stopping me. "Careful now dear." He said. I smiled slightly. "Lass!" I heard the gruff voice of Dwalin behind me. "Mr. Dwalin!" I said happily. "I see yer standin." He said. "Yeah...standing...that's about it." I said as I tried to walk only to cringe. "Thorin sent me to come check on you. He's making sure everything is in order for the feast." He said. "Okay so I'll just come back with you?" I said. Suddenly he marched towards me and scooped me up bridal style. "Agh! Why?!" I asked. "Thorin will have my head if I allow ye to walk in so much pain." He said as he began to walk towards the mountain. I smiled, "well...thank you. I hope my weight doesn't bother you." I said. He looked at me with a raised eyebrow. "Weight? Lass....I've lifted sheep that weigh more than you. Just because ye have the curves dannot mean ye have the pounds." He said. I blushed slightly, that some how's made me feel better about my body...weirdly...thanks Dwalin.
We made our way back into the mountain, I could see dwarves everywhere unloading their armor and putting back their weapons. "Dwalin!!" I heard the cheery voice of Kili. "Violet!!!!" He said as I turned my head to look at him. I smiled widely and leaped out of Dwalins arms, ignoring the pain. "Kili!!!!" I said happily running and hugging him. "I'm so glad your alright!! Is your brother?! Where's Fili!!" I said. "Right here lass!" I heard a voice behind me before the dirty blonde hugged me around my shoulders. I giggled and he let go before wandering off elsewhere. I looked at Kili who was looking at me...lovingly. "I was so scared when you where injured," Kili said suddenly hugging me gently and carefully. I felt my face heat up before I hugged him around the waist. "Well...I'm alright now aren't i?" I mumbled against his chest. "Aye, you are." He said letting go and looking at me. "And I thank Mahal that you are." He said before gently kissing my forehead and smiling at me as he pressed his to mine. "I would have been devastated to loose my best friend." He said. I giggled, "awe Kee, you aren't ever getting rid of me, I promise." I said holding my pinkie up. He smiled and hooked it with his. "Thorin will be wantin ta see you, he's in the kitchen," he said pointing. I looked over at a room where a light was coming out of. I nodded and made my way slowly to the room. Inside I saw various dwarves bustling around. Through the many moving bodies I spotted Bombur and Bofur. "Bofur!!!!" I said. He looked up and looked at me as though I had just saved his life. He rammed through the other dwarves and hugged me tightly. Holding my head against his shoulder. "Oh mahal lass thank Durin your alright!!!" He said. I hugged him tightly before letting go. "do you know where Thorin is?" I asked. "Aye, he's in the armory." He said. "Alright, I guess I'll hobble my butt up there. I'm sure I'll make it there by the end of the year." I said with a grin. Bofur laughed and patted my back as I walked out of the kitchen. As I waddled my way up various steps...having to take breaks every six steps to calm the pain I made my way to the level where the armory was. As I walked heard slightly metal being moved around. I peaked around the corner and saw Thorin. I said nothing since I wanted to see what he was doing. As I inched my way closer, quiet as a mouse....I saw he had set up my armor, alongside his. It was polished and there where various scratches from when I was fighting. Suddenly he backed up running right into me. "Agh!" I squeaked backing up. Thorin quickly swung around and grabbed me before I could fall. "Why are ye sneakin up on me?!" He asked. "I wanted to see what you where doing..." I said quietly. He grinned before turning up a lanters to give more light. I looked at our armors, side by side. "This is amazing, why did you do this?" I asked. "Because, the Kings armor is always displayed...however I wanted my future queens armor up as well." He said leaning and pressing a kiss to my forehead. "Oh, I have something for you." He said. I stayed silent and watched him pull a rolled up paper out of his coat. He handed it to me, I pressed it against the wall and unrolled it...it was a map of Erebor...so I wouldn't get lost. I could help but burst out laughing. "You remembered?" I asked. He grinned and nodded, "though I'm proud of you for making it here on your own without getting lost." He said. I giggled, "thank you, it took me half an hour." I said. "R-really???" He asked. "Yah but I had to stop because of pain...and all that fantastic stuff." I said looking away.
