Violet POV

Soon enough with the pungent sent that came out of it we found the troll cave. "Ew..." I wispered as I covered my nose. Thorin smirked at me then led me into the cave. I glanced around but stayed close to the king. I oddly felt safer around him the most. I noticed Bofur and Gloin looking at a chest of gold. Bofur smiled at me and winked "it seems a shame to leave it lieing around." He said. Gloin nodded, "agreed, Nori, get a shovel." He said. I smiled slightly and looked back to what Thorin was looking at. "Swords?" I asked quietly. "It would appear so, but these swords where not made by any troll." He said. I shook my head agreeing with him. Thorin held one sword in his hand and handed another to Gandalf to look at. "Nor were they made by any smith among men." He said. I watched Gandalf draw the sword and grin, "These were forged in Gondolin by the High Elves of the First Age." He said. I saw Thorin get a look of disgust and go to put the sword back. "You could not wish for a finer blade!" Gandalf said forcefully. Thorin then hastily drew the sword and looked at the blade. I looked back to see Dwalin looking at Bofur and Gloin in disgust. "We're making a long term deposit." Gloin said. I giggled quietly before Thorin spoke. "Let's get out of this foul place. Come on, let's go. Bofur! Gloin! Nori!" He said. I followed Thorin as well as the other dwarves. I however noticed Gandalf stop and talk to Bilbo. "Violet! Come on!" Thorin yelled. I quickly scurried to catch up. As I reached them I was suddenly pushed behind Thorin, "something's coming!" He said pushing me behind him. "Gandalf-" bilbo started to say before we was cut off. "Hurry now! Stay together, arm yourselves!" Gandalf yelled.

Suddenly a Rabbit drawn sleigh burst through the bushes. "Thieves! Fire! Murder!" He yelled. Suddenly Gandalf smiled and laughed, "Radagast! Radagast the Brown. Ah. What on earth are you doing here?" He asked. "I was looking for you, Gandalf. Something's wrong. Something's terribly wrong." The man I now know is called Radagast says. "Yes?" Gandalf asked. I watched the man start to speak then stop and think. " Oh, just give me a minute. Um, oh, I had a thought, and now I've lost it. It was, it was right there, on the tip of my tongue." He says. I watched him curl his tongue in surprise. "Oh, it's not a thought at all; it's a silly old..." He paused until something sticks out of his mouth...it was a stick bug. "stick insect!" He says happily. I look up at Thorin in shock, he gave me a rather confused look. I watched as Gandalf and Radagast walk a little bit away to speak privately. "Did anyone else see the bug?!" Kili asked. "That was weird..." I said quietly. The dwarves agreed and laughed. Soon enough the wizards came back. Suddenly we all stop hearing a loud wolf cry. "Is that a wolf?" I asked. "Wolf? That's no wolf." Bofur said. Suddenly a large beast jumps through the bushes and is Instantly killed by Thorin. Another one followed that was shot down by Kili, except it got back up onto to be bashed by Dwalin. " Warg-Scouts! Which means an Orc pack is not far behind." Thorin says pulling his sword out of the Wargs head. "Orc pack?!" Bilbo asks. "Who did you tell about your quest, beyond your kin?" Gandalf asked Thorin. "No one," he replied. " who did you tell?!" Gandalf asks again. "No one I swear! What in Durins name is going on?" Thorin asked. "You are being hunted." Gandalf said. My eyes widened, 'hunted??' I thought. "We have to get out of here." Dwalin says. "We can't! We don't have any ponies! They bolted." Ori said. "I'll draw them off." Radagast says with a smile. "These are Gundabad Wargs; they will outrun you." Gandalf says. I saw Radagast get a wicked grin on his face, " These are Rhosgobel Rabbits; I'd like to see them try." He says.

We waited until Gandalf said the coast was clear. "Move!" He yelled, we all ran into the clearing as fast as possible. We all ran and hid behind a rock, "stay together." Gandalf said. "Move!" Thorin said. We all ran another distance before stopping again, only Ori continued running. "Ori! No!" Thorin said pulling him back. "Come on! Quick!" Gandalf yells. I ran with the company and Thorin looked to Gandalf, "where are you taking us?" Thorin asked. We all reached yet another rock and I was standing between Kili and Thorin. Thorin looked over me and nodded at Kili as we heard a Warg right above us. Kili the quickly runs out, turns around and shoots at the Warg, knocking it to the ground. The dwarves then attacked and killed both the warg and Orc and they made a loud noise that gained the Orc packs attention. We all ran as fast as we could, trying to make our way across. We soon had no sign of Gandalf and we where surrounded. I had my sword gripped tightly in my hand. "Where's Gandlaf?" I asked. "He's abandoned us!" Bofur yelled. Out of nowhere Gandalf popped his head up. "This way you fools!" He yelled. "Violet go!" Thorin yelled. I ran and slid down into the cave and was followed by the dwarves one by one. We all joined in the cave and suddenly heard a horn sound. We hear a loud scream and an Orc came flying into the cave. Thorin pulled the arrow in it's head out. "Elves." He growled. "I cannot see where the pathway leads. Do we follow it or no?" Dwalin said. "Follow it, of course!" Bofur said. I began to Follow the company with Thorin behind me. I saw the opening of the cave that led to a large hidden valley. "Whoa..." I whispered. "The Valley of Imladris. In the Common Tongue, it's known by a another name." Gandalf said. "Rivendell." Bilbo added with a smile.
