((Reminder of what Violets armor looks like...still...I'm still in love with it))

After Thranduil left...I stood silently. I could feel my body ache, my head pound and my stomach churn. What made it no better was the sound of war on our doorstep. I looked over at my armor set neatly on the bed. I walked quietly over too it. I ran my burning fingertips over the cold metal. I knew I would need help putting it on...it was so complicated. I sighed and looked at myself in the mirror, well I couldn't go out there in a towel....however my father tore apart the clothes I had on before. "Shit..." I whispered. I made sure my towel was covering everything before sneaking out. I saw Thorin looking out over the battle. "T-Thorin!" I whispered. The company looked at me, as well as he. He walked to me and widened his eyes seeing me in a towel outside. "What are you doing?!?" He asked panicked as he used his larger body to block me from the view of the others. "...I don't have clothes to wear under my armor..." I said. He frowned. "Do you still have your pants?" He asked. I nodded, "oh yeah, I forgot those where still somewhat good." I said. "Alright, grab those and wait in the bedroom, I'll be there momentarily." He said. I nodded and scurried back to the bedroom, grabbing my pants off the floor. I noticed they had many tears in them. I flinched as I heard the door open and swung around. "Calm down, it's only me. Now, that armor heavily protects your upper body so you really don't need anything underneath it, though I imagine you still want it...also...I need you to allow Oin to tend to your wounds before you put it on." He said. I looked at him nervous and nodded. "A-alright..." I said. He opened the door, "come in." He said. Oin then came strolling in with his medical items. "Lass I need ye to take the towel off so I can get a good look at your wounds." He said. I felt my face go beat red. Thorin then suddenly tossed me underwear. I thanked him quietly as I slid it on before dropping the towel and covering my breast with my hands. "Oh my..." Oin said with a concerned look. "Oin you are to say nothing of her wounds conditions, understood?" Thorin said crossing his arms. "Aye of course, alright lass, I'm going to stitch up the cuts, this will hurt." He said. I cringed and nodded. He had me lie on my back on a table so he could get a clean stitch. As soon as he strung the first one through I reached my arm out and grabbed Thorins hand, moving my other hand to cover both my breasts with my arm. He squeezed my hands and stood closer. I kept my eyes clamped shut as he proceeded to sow seven large cuts...I only let tears fall through three of them, and it was the last three. "Alright," Oin said. He reached into his bag and grabbed pads and bandages. He wrapped bandages around my arms and legs over the cuts there. As for cuts on my lower back and upper stomach he used pads and taped over them to keep them secure. "My work here is done, if anything is to been feeling odd tell me." He said. I sat up, hissing in pain. "T-thank you Oin." I said. He nodded and took his leave. "Now, as for clothing." He said. I watched him sit on the bed and take my pants before pulling them inside out. I cocked my head as I watched him then pull a needle and thread out from behind him. I raised my eyebrows, "you can sow???" I asked. He sighed, "yes. I can sow." He said. "Huh...never picked you for that type." I said with a small smile on my face. "Yeah, nobody would. Now, take these and cover your chest." He said tossing me a long cloth. I did as told and began wrapping it around my chest before I used the ends to tie a small bow in the front. I giggled. Thorin glanced up at me and looked before laughing slightly and finishing up his last tear. "Here," he said handing me my pants. I pulled them on and tightened them. Before I knew it Thorin began quickly assembling the armor onto my body. I stood there moving my arms or legs as he needed. He kneeled down and began securing the leg pieces. I froze feeling his strong hand on my upper inner thigh. I blushed furiously and looked ahead, not wanting to do anything. He finished the legs and stood before looking at me. "What? What's wrong?" He asked. "N-nothing...nothing at all..." I said quietly. He looked at me oddly, "well...alright...lift your arm for me." He said. I did as told and he secured my arm pieces, one by one he hooked the suit together. "There....now...I have a little warrior." He said in a somewhat surprisingly childish tone. I giggled, "should we go to the gate?" I asked. "Yes. Let's go." He said.
