Way number 84: Simply do what he does; stand or sit on higher surfaces and push/pull him off whenever he goes onto one. We all know he's very insecure about his height, and that's the main thing you can target him for when pissing him off. Just know that if you act like he's a child, you'll get a much better (arguably worse) outcome.
The same applies to the rest of the knights if you want to piss them off; they have a tendency to stand on rocks whenever they're on a battlefield to add to that height of theirs, so just shove em off and it'll rain swordbeams.
