I woke up early feeling a little dizzy. Hangover made this. I don't even know why I should be stressed over Zary. Zary and Kenneth. The thought of them stress me.
Yesterday, I saw Zary with Kenneth. A pang of jealousy flooded all over my system. They made it official to everyone. Everyone was shocked to see her with Kenneth. I am really shocked.
"Listen to me dude, Zary has Kenneth. You will never have Kenneth... I mean Zary." Lance told me last night.
I was drunk because of her. I thought helping someone will give you good karma. I helped Cades with Kyle and now I'm here, Broken.
Really Broken.
I sat up and tousled my messy hair and looked into the mirror. The mirror looks blurry in my sight.
"Wake up sleepy head." I was shocked to hear a she voice.
My gaze turned to the doorframe and saw Cadence standing. Wait, Why is she here? "What are you doing here Cades?" I asked while tucking myself back to sleep.
"Lance told me you went drinking last night. I'm here to wake you up. You're late Trophy." I can feel footsteps coming towards me and then she pulled my blanket. "Stop being lazy and go to work!" She pulled me up.
I stared at her intensely, she's making this hard for the both of us. I don't want to go to school and yet she's pushing me to. She started backing off. I stood up and forwarded going to her. She kept stepping back but our eyes are still fixed. When she finally had her dead end on the wall, I stopped.
"What are you going to do, Christopher?" She usually does that whenever she's nervous or mad. This time, She's nervous. She let out a nervous laugh. "Christopher Pax--"
I stopped her by pressing my palm on her hand. Her eyes widened when I did this. I love making jokes around my best friends so I took my hand off her face and started laughing.
"You're expression was priceless, Cadence." I kept laughing non stop. I'm thankful she made me laugh today even if I somehow upset her yesterday.
I don't blame her if she's going to be mad at me because of that. I didn't go to our coffee place but instead I went to a party and be miserable.
"Stop it Christopher Paxton." I looked up at her and found her blushing. I straightened my back and faced her. She avoided eye contact which made me stop.
"Ill go take a shower. Meet me downstairs." I told her. I spun around and head towards the shower room. Before I could enter, I looked back and saw Cadence rubbing her hair in annoyance. I smiled.
I love it when she looks annoyed.

"Here Take this." Cades handed me a cheese sandwhich she bought. "I know you're hungry"
"Thanks" I thanked while we walk through the hallways of the campus. "By the way, I'm sorry about yesterday."
"It's okay, Sometimes we just need to be alone." She beamed at me and smiled. Her smile faded away which made me look at the place where she's looking at. "Sometimes being Alone sucks." She whispered while we both look at Kyle and his bunch of girl fans.
I faced her and grinned, "Come on, Let's go. We are going to be late." I took her hand, Held it and ran through the corridors. It felt like we are free from the worries when we both ran.
When we both stopped in front of her classroom, I let go of her hand and fake bowed at her. "Good bye and farewell Milady"
"Thank you Topher." She breathe. A small tug in my lips formed as she said that. I like hearing thank you's from people's lips.
I shook my thoughts away and started pushing her in her room. "Get in and finish your test! Good bye Mr Balls!" I waved at Mr. Greene who is sitting lazily on his chair.
He glared at me before I could close the door. I let out a chuckle and walked going to my classroom.

The day went by so slow. I'm still thinking of her even on my way home. It's hard getting her out of my mind not that I want to. Also, There's still this excitement in my heart to see her during vacation.
I passed by Cadence's room as soon as I finished my test. Let me tell you this, I aced my test. I stared at her while she finish her test sincerely. Her eyes are focused on the paper which made me think, why is this important to her?
I remember, Finals. Ugh, This threaten my friends a lot. I don't know why I'm just here, YOLOing everything.
Cadence's gaze turned to Mr. Greene. I think Mr. Balls called her making her look back to him. My eyes went to Mr. Balls and I saw him staring at me. He said something about the mirror and then I saw Cades looking at my direction. I smiled and gave her a thumbs up.
The surprising thing was, She blushed. Why is she always blushing? Is it on her hormones to blush?
Her eyes went back to the paper. I know I have to make her happy because this is the final exams and she's stressed about it. While me? I'm stressed over Zary.
I went in the room without any permission. I headed towards Mr. Balls' table and took my water bottle out. He stared at me, confused on what I'm about to do.
"Cadence Harper," I called out. Cades was looking at my direction, and so is her classmates. "This is for you." I winked then poured the water into Mr. Balls' bald head.
Everyone laughed and so was I. I even made Cades laugh at what I did.
My work here is done. I should get out before I get another detention slip from Mr. WaterBalls.
