Percy's POV
Astro was here, I couldn't believe it. I looked back to the camp and saw the campers getting ready and my team standing behind me. Luke, Thalia, and I all had our hoods up while the rest of the Elite Team have their hoods down, their faces set in determination. They all knew who this was. When you're kidnapped word spreads fast.
"Astro! Why are you here?" I yelled up the hill. Looks of understanding spread across the campers' faces. Some were angry, some getting their nerves together for a fight.
"Why Nova, I brought some friends to play! I hope you missed me, cousin," He yelled down. Murmurs spread through the sea of demi-gods on the hill. Surprise was written on the faces of my team, except for Zoe who already knew.
"Archers, in the back, open fire! I want half of you on the right, the others on the left. My team will take the front and Astro is mine," I growled out that last part. I was going to get my revenge.
I slashed through the monsters, trusting my team to cover me on the side. Slash, duck, stab, repete. I worked through the monsters until I reached the middle to meet Astro in battle once again. I would not let him win.
"Astro stop this! This isn't doing you any good. Your army is gone, what do you want?" I asked, venom dripping from my words.
"My dear cousin, I have come to check up on you. How have you been since my last visit?" Astro says. He may have sounded cheery, but I knew better than to let down my guard.
"To be honest with you, I've been better. Getting kidnapped by my phyco uncle and cousin was not on my to-do list," I didn't know if I could hold a fight against my cousin this time. I wasn't fully healed yet, and I had no intention of getting kidnapped again.
Nonetheless, we started to circle each other, each with our swords drawn and ready to strike at any moment. Astro struck first, and I parried, he went on offense while I stayed on defense for a while. I didn't know if I could stay on offense for long anyway. We danced with our blades, his hood was down, so it looked like a blur of white and black. I pulled out my second sword and Astro also pulled out another sword. We danced with two blades each, exchanging blows at the speed of sound. I could see the battle ending around me as everyone along with my team came up to watch the fight. This was the first time they could see Astro's face. I pushed Astro's swords back, as much as it hurt me, physically and the thought of actually fighting a family member, and he stumbled slightly. I took this to my advantage and struck again. One of his swords clattered to the ground a few feet away. It was my two blades against his one.
He pulled back wanting to catch a breather, but I didn't let him. I lunged and slashed and stabbed with my swords at the same time. His other sword clattered to the ground and I pinned him down.
"I am going to say this once, Astro. Why. Are. You. Here," I growled out.
"My dear cousin, as I said already, I just wanted to catch up with you," with that, he pulled a small piece of paper out of his pocket and handed it to me. I took it and put it in my pocket for later. I let him go, I was not a sadistic killer like End. He grabbed his swords and teleported away.
Luke came running up to me, "Why did you let him go?"
I addressed everyone with my answer because I knew they all had the same question, "I let my cousin go because I am not going to be a sadistic killer like my uncle. I was not going to let my cousin die by my hand."
They all nodded in understanding and Zoe came up to me to make sure I wasn't hurt more than I already was.
"Are you OK? What did Astro want? Why was he here?" She rapid fired questions at me, but I started to walk to the cabin. My team lined up behind me as we headed inside.
