This is the Truth (Percy Jackson And Chaos Fanfiction)

Three: The Lost Prince

We spat out of the portal in front of a huge castle made of black obsidian snaked with pearl colored veins. There were four towers, one for each corner towering higher than the castle itself. We walked through two humongous doors into a throne room.

"Whoa, this is awesome!" I said. To be honest it was more than awesome, it was marvelous. We all had our mouths hanging open like a deer in the headlights.

Chaos chuckled, "glad you like it, I have some people for you to meet so we can't be late."

We got to the middle of the throne room and sitting there were all of the Primordials. Some examples being Chronos, the good guy, Nyx, her husband, and many more. We stood before them in shock.

We bowed, but as I got up, I noticed something. There was a smaller throne next to Chaos's on his left. I wondered who it was for, but I kept my mouth shut. To the left of that throne, I could only assume that was Lady Order's throne. She had long white hair in a braid going down her side. She wore a white dress with her legs crossed.

"Welcome heroes and fellow Primordials. Today Percy Jackson, Thalia Grace, Nico di Angelo, and Will Solace stand before you for being shunned out of their camp. I request we start to form the Elite Squad for my army, starting with those four," Chaos announced. I looked around and all of the Primordials were nodding their heads.

Then Lady Order spoke, "come forward heroes and receive your titles." Her voice was soothing and calm, but I knew that she could command an army with that voice if she wanted to.

"Before we do give you your titles, we have a little surprise," Chaos said.

I was shocked of what happened next. Luke, Beckendorf, Bianca, Silena, And Zoe all stepped out from behind the thrones. Thalia cried and ran to Luke, they shared a hug. I went up to Beckendorf and Silena. Nico and Will went to see Zoe and Bianca. Nico also cried on seeing his sister back from the dead.

"How did you come back?" I asked.

"Well, Lord Chaos," he almost said Lord as an insult, "brought us back after he learned what happened, we have only been here for a few hours before you came," Luke explained.

"What have I said about the Lord thing! I hate it. I don't need titles. Anyway, Percy, would you please step up to receive your position," Chaos said.

I did as I was told. When I got closer, the smaller throne hummed with power. I took an inquisitive glace at it before turning to Chaos and Order.

"Percy Jackson, if you shall accept my offer officially, I would like to make you commander of your Elite Squad. What to you say?" Chaos said.

I immediately responded with "Yes."

He shot a ball of black energy to me. When it hit, I sank to one knee from the pain spreading it's way to my veins. I bit down on my lip to keep from screaming. I rose to normal hight after what felt like hours, but I knew it was probably only thirty seconds. I glanced up to the rulers of the universe to see dumbstruck faces. I looked behind me to be greeted by pitch black feathered wings. They didn't hurt, but they felt strange. The ends were just brushing the floor.

"Was that supposed to happen?" I asked.

"My boy, come here and sit on the throne," Chaos said.

I did as he asked and sat on the throne. It was just my hight and felt perfect. A bright light erupted over my head. I glanced up to see a thin, silver laurel. I grabbed it and placed it on my head.

Suddenly Chaos and Order said together, "All hail Nova, the Lost Prince of the Universe."

I was hit with memories from my childhood. I saw Order playing with me in my crib. I saw Chaos telling me a story, saying "And that my little Prince, is how the universe came to be."

I was shocked out of my trance state and walked up to what now were my parents and gave them a huge hug. "I missed you so much my little Prince," Chaos said, ruffling my hair and breaking away.

"I missed you too dad," I responded. I looked out at my friends and saw faces of confusion. My mom took it from there.

Thalia's POV

I was confused to say the least. First, the creator of the universe picks us up, second, we see our dead friends, and third, Percy is some Prince of the Universe and acts like he knows Chaos and Order. What is happening? Before I could ask myself another pointless question, Order started to explain

"Long ago, me and Chaos had a child, but around that time a war started between us and Chaos's brother, End. We had to send Percy away, for fear that he would be harmed in the war since we had to lead the army. End is now trapped in the Void, and we finally found you to bring you home," Order explained. Now it makes more sense, why Percy was so powerful. Then I got hit with another question, "Order, if Percy is Prince of the Universe, then why could he only control water?" I was genuinely curious. He should be able to control all of the elements, why did water manifest first?

"Well, that just is the element he felt closest to. I remember when he was little he loved the beach here," Chaos said while looking at Percy.

"Dad! You don't have to tell them my life story ya know," Percy said glaring at his father.

"I can do whatever I want my little Prince, but we do have to let you catch up with your friends, so I best let you do that. Percy, do you still know your way around the castle?" Chaos asked. I didn't know how anyone could remember this place, it was HUGE. Not surprisingly, Percy replied with a "no."

-----Time Skip after everyone got powers-----

A guard was with us at all times since technically we were of high importance here at the castle, and Percy was the Prince. Let me tell you, he did not like to wear that crown. He says "I don't need to be recognized, I don't need more power, blah blah blah," he really is a Kelp Head.

I should probably tell you what happened at the Ceremony. We just got appointed positions really. Percy is the commander and the only one with wings, Luke and Nico were both 2nd in commands, I am 3rd, Bianca 4th, Zoe 5th, and Will 6th as the Head Healer. All of us got code names, mine being Huntress, reminding me of the time I got with Lady Artemis. I miss her but I couldn't leave Percy. He was like a brother. I just hope this all goes well.
