Summary: Krist wants an out from the Peraya ship.
//
Krist is exhausted.
Soul, body, mind- everything.
He tried to work it out, them, their relationship, their beautiful bond - but the harder he did, the more the older slipped away from him. It was too much for him, every day in their lives, they just fought, they just fought that it came to the point they were just shouting at each other with no clear idea what they were fighting about. Maybe it's those times Singto was just so busy he had no time for Krist anymore, always canceling their dates- but Krist understood it, he tried to, so what was the fight about? Maybe it's those people coming between them, them getting paired to different people and with them being possessive with each other but Krist remembered laughing at it, so what was the problem then?
Krist didn't know.
But nevertheless, it was exhausting. Emotionally abusing. Tiring.
That it was just him who's been fighting for their relationship while the older simply stood by the side, letting Krist slowly slip out of him and seemingly not care about it.
It was exhausting.
Some people said they've changed. But did they? No, they didn't.
The touches were still there, only now it held different purposes.
It held no love in them anymore. It became what it should be, fanservice.
Gone were the bright smiles, replaced by a strained smile, for the fans, to assure them that it was okay between them but it wasn't. What they didn't know is behind those smiles is the pain, clear from the sadness reflected in their eyes.
Gone was the comfort feeling of seeing each other, enough to resolve the tiredness away. Now, Krist feels his body tensing up whenever he's with him, fearing yet another row to commence... all he wants is to run, run away from him. Run from the exhaustion.
Gone were the days where they simply smiled at each other and with one look, they knew, as long as they were together, no one would come their way. Gone were the small touches that linger on each other's skins. A loose tentative hold replaced it. For the fans.
Gone were the sweet laughs and sweet nothings whispered to each other. Replaced by an awkward nod... like an acquaintance... strangers.
Gone was their own world, with thousands of people vanishing around them, lost from each other's eyes. Now, an invisible line divides them, creating two different entirely worlds for them.
Gone was the want to walk beside him, now, Krist only wanted to walk alone, with a distance from the older.
Gone was the feeling of being each other's happiness, now, they just exhaust each other.
But the love isn't gone.
It's just exhausting.
The thing is, no one's involved, no partners in the series. It was just them. It was them who ruined a beautiful friendship. The funny thing is, no one knew their relationship, not their fans, their management nor their friends, and not even their family... but now, it's gone, with nothing left but splinters from the broken glasses of what used to be an 'us against the world' relationship.
People assumed it was a perfect relationship, two men who looked at each other like they hung the moon, two fools in love with each other... so it should be perfect, well, it used to be perfect.
But now, what they didn't know is behind closed doors, it was just suffocating, giving him pain and leaving him dying day after day. Every day was a shouting spree, ending up with the older walking out and Krist breaking down, staring at the older's retreating back helplessly.
