The signs were all there, poking fun at him, but Kongpob decided to ignore all of it.

The first time he noticed it was when he saw a cute pair of small shoes on their table. It's been only a month since they've decided to live in together but in that month, Kongpob has learned a lot about his boyfriend, one of them is Arthit's habit of buying things that won't be necessary of use (Kongpob did ask him once about it but it made Arthit sad so he just let him be, after all, all Kongpob ever want is to make Arthit the happiest) but a pair of small shoes isn't really a typical decoration.

"This is so cute! To whom this is for? Who's pregnant?"

"No one. I bought them because it's so cute," Arthit leaned his head on Kongpob's shoulder. "Kong, when we have a family, do you think our baby will be very cute?"

"Of course because we are so cute especially me."

"You're such a narcissist but you are really cute Kong."

"I know!"

Arthit laughed. "But really though, I can't wait for it to happen, like really really soon, right Kong?"

Kongpob chuckled awkwardly and stood away from Arthit. Suddenly, he's hungry. "Right. Want some food?"

The second time was when they visited Arthit's parents for a dinner. Since the dinner has begun, Arthit's mother had been dropping some hints of wanting to have grandkids as early as now because she's not getting younger and she's afraid she'd die even before she's given the chance to see her only child having his own family. Kongpob doesn't mind it, he's used to Mrs. Rojnapat wanting to see them build a family as early as their 4 months of being together but Kongpob almost choked on his chicken leg when Arthit's father joined.

"Love, don't pressure them," Kongpob gave him a grateful smile. "But you did talk about it, right? We're not getting any younger and you know you've been together for 5 years now."

And it's odd because Arthit's taking it all well, it's like he wanted to happen as well. He's not even feeling half of what Kongpob's feeling.

"It's actually 6 years Por and we do, we talk about it all the time, right Kong?"

"We did?" Arthit's raised both his eyebrows at his boyfriend. Kongpob smiled and wiped his sweaty forehead. "Yes we do talk about it all the time, actually, we can talk about it now."

"So? When are you going to have kids?"

"I change my mind, we should eat first."

But the third time is very obvious Kongpob can't just ignore it. They were playing a video game, a favorite past time of them whenever they take a break from work. A few hours of losing to Arthit, Kongpob groaned for the nth time when he was defeated again, just when he thought he's going to win, Arthit came running stabbing him from the back.

"Damn it! Lost again! You really are a king of this game, we should change this, okay since you're the winner, what do you want?" Kongpob picked up the remote and began to choose from the series of games they have. He subtly stopped at the racing game because that's the only game he could defeat Arthit at. "Do you want this P'?"

"No. I want a baby."

Kongpob's eyes widened, he knew this talk and since Arthit was not subtle about it this time, he knew Arthit would push it this time so Kongpob should better end it now or their relationship's going to end instead. "W-what? P', we don't have a game here called baby, okay, how about we choose something else, okay let's try this street fight game. Come on, let's play a game now."
