The teacher from the sign language class said it would take years before Arthit could master sign languages which he's more than excited because it meant more years to be with Kongpob.
Today, Arthit is excited to show Kongpob his newfound skill, some of the basics, just to show Kongpob what Arthit has been doing- not like he wants to impress Kongpob, maybe he does, a little- but apart from that, Arthit wants Kongpob to realize that the former is willing to be a part of his world.
However, when he arrives at the coffee shop that day, he only sees Kongpob in a sullen state.
He finds out Kongpob's dog has died so Arthit decides to postpone his good news wanting to focus on comforting Kongpob instead.

Thanks to Knot's patience of teaching him during office hours, Arthit has added some words in his sign language vocabulary, and if Knot has given him a side glance when all Arthit has been asking to teach him are those words from the romance department, Arthit ignores his friend.
Arthit likes Kongpob and he wants to ask him out despite knowing him for only a few weeks, is there something wrong there? None.
He feels it's the right thing to do.
Today, when Arthit meets up with Kongpob at the coffee shop he usually frequents, he sees the latter looking better than the last time he saw him. Arthit waves his hand and smiles brightly at Kongpob when he sits across from him to which the latter responds with a bubbly greeting of his own.
But how is he going to do it by showing his genuine feelings? That's the question.
All the words he practiced vanish and all that's left in him are the loud beatings of his heart and bile wanting to rise from his throat. Arthit can't find the right moment to do so, not when Kongpob is very thrilled to engage him in a talk about a newly published book by the same author who had written the book they were talking about last time.
Arthit has only realized his time is up when Kongpob stands up and bids his goodbye.
In a panic, Arthit wraps his hand around Kongpob's wrist to stop the latter, and signs, I like you. Will you go out with me?
If he was able to sign what he wanted to say, Arthit didn't know.
Kongpob only stares at him and smiles. Arthit blinks and tilts his head.
                              What does that mean?
                              Kongpob continues to walk away.
                              "Kong wait–"
Arthit sighs. It's fine, Kongpob did give him a smile so maybe Kongpob just needs more time to think, he's probably shocked the latter but he can ask him again tomorrow.
However, Kongpob is nowhere to be seen at the coffee shop the next day. Arthit had thought, maybe, something came up with Kongpob's personal life. It's not like all Kongpob does is waste his time reading, which leads to the question, what does Kongpob do anyway?
Arthit continues to visit the coffee shop hoping to see Kongpob again but days become a week and Kongpob is still nowhere to be seen much to Arthit's grumbling which has affected his work already.
"What's wrong?" Knot finally asks after seeing Arthit glaring at his computer as if it personally offended him.
Arthit huffs, "Knot, am I annoying?"
                              "Sometimes."
                              "Really?"
"Yeah but that's what makes you charming. You are annoying in a good way. Why?"
