Chapter 17

Kazuya POV

I was waiting for Ichirota and Shiro at the station to go to Rika's house for the group study. Aki and Edgar had already gone there. A group a girls were passing by and saw me. I don't have any grudge for girls but sometimes, they may be really annoying.

"Hey! Isn't it Kazuya over there?" shouted one of them.

'Oh no.' I thought to myself. 'Maybe I should have waited else where.' I was about to turn away but they were already beside me.

"Who are you waiting for?" said one of them.

"It's not you business." I said coldly.

"Aww. Come on. Are you waiting for your girlfriend?"

"No." I said removing her hands away from me.

"Then how about hanging with us?"

"No thanks." saying this, I saw Ichirota and Shiro. "Got to go." I said before leaving them.

"Hey! We didn't finished talking." I heard them shouting.

"Waouh! You sure are popular." exclaimed Shiro. I didn't reply him.We went to Rika's house. She lives above her restaurant. We entered and greeted everyone.

"Hello." the three of us said.

"Ah. Finally, we thought that you were lost." said Rika.

"Sorry, I over slept." excused Ichirota.

"Well, whatever. Let's start."

We started with mathematics. I wasn't really good at it through. Nor was Ichirota and Rika.

"Say Aki. Could you teach us? You know that we are really bad when it comes to calculation." said Rika.

"Ok no problem."

The day ended perfectly and we had all learned something. We thanked Rika's mother for the delicious food and went home. Like always, I had to go to the hospital.

"I have somewhere to go." I said to Edgar. "Will see you at home."

"Where..." before he could finished, I was already gone.

Edgar POV

I didn't have the time to ask him where he was going that he was already gone.

"Where's Kazuya?" asked Aki who was busy talking with Touko that she didn't notice that he was gone.

"He said that he had somewhere to go."

"Oh. I see. Say, I want to eat ice cream." she exclaimed.

"Huh? Ice cream? Now?" I said surprised. "It's already time to eat dinner."

"Please." she begged.

"Ok. But we will eat after dinner."

"Ok."

We waved goodbye to Touko and went inside the resident.

"We are back." I said.

"Welcome back. How was your group study?" asked Kira.

"Erm...educational?" said Aki.

"Haha. What I mean was had you have fun?" she laughed.

"If only studying could have been fun." I said.

"Oh yeah. I forgot that children these days prefer to have fun than study."

"No all." quickly replied Aki.

Aki had always loved to study except for history. She and it can't be put together or there will be a war.
