After that confrontation with Elena I went into my room to lie down. There's something going on with me. I would've never confronted Elena like that. I could've been a little nicer to her.

But that doesn't mean that I regret what I said. Because I don't. Not one word.

I grab one of my pillows and push it onto my face. I want to go to sleep. But sleep means dreams. And I can't handle another dream right now. It's impossible to know what tonight's dream will bring...but I know it'll be like the others.

I hear the doorbell ring downstairs. It's probably Stefan arriving late to the party. I should go downstairs and rejoin them. But I have no energy to do so.

I decide to lay in my bed for five more minutes before heading downstairs.

I walk downstairs and see that Elena, Damon, and Stefan are outside talking. I walk outside and join them on the porch.

  "Well?" Damon demands Stefan impatiently.

"Someone took it," Stefan lets out a weary sigh, "I went to Saltzman's office but it wasn't there."

"Who took it?" Damon asks while he paces the porch.

"I don't know," Stefan says crossing his arms.

"I bet it was that teacher," Damon accuses, "I know there's something off about him."

"It wasn't him. Somebody got to it right before me," Stefan reassures him.

"Well who else knew it was there?" I ask trying to get a control over the situation. Stefan looks into the window, at Jeremy, who's innocently playing a video game.

  Oh shit...

"Damon!" I warn him as he enters the house and makes his way to Jeremy.

"What's the big deal?" He says with a nonchalant shrug. He sits on the arm of the couch, closest to Jeremy. "Heard you found a cool journal from back in the day. Who else did you show it to?" I can hear the anger in Damon's voice as he speaks.

"Huh?" Jeremy asks not taking his eyes off the tv.

"Don't ask questions just spill," Damon demands with a fake smile. Jeremy finally looks away from the screen and at Damon.

"You're serious right?" Jeremy lets out an amused scoff.

"Jer just tell us. Who else did you tell about Jonathan Gilbert's journal except Mr. Saltzman?" I ask him calmly.

"Why is everyone so obsessed with that thing?" Jeremy complains.

"Just answer the question!" I demand.

"Just that girl, Anna." Jeremy shrugs and turns his attention back to his video game.

  "Anna?" I question.

"The hot weird one?" Damon clarifies.

  "Yeah," Jeremy responds.

"Wait," I interrupt, "Who the hell is Anna?"

"That's what I want to find out," Damon sighs. The phone rings and Elena goes to answer it. "How do you know her?" Damon asks Jeremy.

"I just know her," Jeremy shrugs, "She wants me to meet her at the grill tonight."

"Perfect! Lets go, I'll drive." Damon tells us, pulling out his keys.

"I'm coming to," I say following Damon. And he doesn't object.
