Acrina was really confused at this rate.
"Marcelo. I really don't know what happened that night and I think it would be best to confirm things first before-"
"I know it's a lot to take in but trust me, I would never just jump into a theory unless I'm completely sure about it." Marcelo said.
"My boyfriend is all things but not that. He'll never do something like that to me." Acrina said feeling agitated now.
"Okay then. Why don't you just ask him. Ask him where he was when you got drunk and where you also were as you both were alone." Marcelo said.
Acrina with the thought that Elliot would never take advantage of her was willing to ask him and she went to meet him while Marcelo watched them.
Elliot fienged a smile on seeing Acrina approach him. "Hey baby. I was wondering when you'd forgive me and here you are now." He said. Seriously? Thought Acrina.
"Don't get the impression that I forgave you for yesterday. You didn't even call or text me an apology which I definitely deserve." Acrina said, arms crossed over her chest.
"Oh about that, I'm sorry baby. I ran out of battery and our power went out till this morning where I had to let the phone charge fully." Elliot made up a dumb excuse which Acrina wasn't falling for.
Now she could really see that this wasn't the person she once fell in love with.
"I want to know what happened that night." Acrina went straight to the point without beating about the bush.
"I don't think I understand-"
"When you got me drunk. Tell me what really happened after I fell in a subconscious state."

"Enough with the lies Elliot!" Acrina suddenly yelled making a few students who were walking by turn to them. "Stop lying to me. Did you take me to the bathroom that night?" She asked in a much calmer tone.
"I can't believe you Rina. Is this about yesterday? I'll make up for it. Where did you get such-"
"You did didn't you?" Acrina asked as a tear slipped down her eyes.
"Yes I did take you there but only to wash your face, you needed-"
"I'm very well sure two or three minutes would have been enough to wash my face. But it seems to me that you spent more time in there because I went missing." Acrina said.
"So what if I did take you in there? What if I did want to take advantage of the situation? We're a couple after all."

Elliot clenched his jaw in anger as he held hi right cheek where Acrina had just hit him.
"What was that for?" He asked madly.
"Everything you just said. I never knew you'd stoop so low. I always considered that you loved me but now I know it was nothing but a charade.
I can't believe this Elliot. Now it all makes sense. Thanks to Marcelo who opened my eyes."
