Marcelo walked out of Acrina's room after making sure it was tidy and then walked down the stairs and to the dinning table where Acrina was stuffing bread and jam in her mouth.
"Slow down or you'd choke." Marcelo said and picked a slice of pizza from the carton.
"Hmm. I saved that for later!" Acrina said and grabbed the pizza from him.
"Seriously? There are about three more in there and this is the only one you see fit?" He asked unbelievably.
"I'll eat them later." Acrina said and drank all the content of her tea cup.
"Are you been selfish. What a spoiled sunlight I've got." Marcelo said tching.
"How dare you call me as spoiled? I'm just saving my resources."
"Achwww. I think I just got a fever from that lie." Marcelo said and ran away as Acrina started chasing him still holding her teacup.
After eating, Acrina washed the dishes while Marcelo entertained her with his continuous stories about his old hometown where he came from.
"Sunlight let's go to a church." Marcelo said once Acrina was done with the dishes.
"Why?"
"You'll see. Come on go get dressed."
"Alright. I'll have to take a bath first. You can watch TV in the meantime." Acrina suggested and went upstairs to her room while Marcelo switched on the TV.
Mr and Mrs Livbelle had long gone to work sometime after Marcelo came and Annalise had piano lessons at her school. So Marcelo and Acrina had been alone in the house.
After Acrina took her bath, she wore a purple shirt and a black fled skirt. She let her hair Cascade over her shoulders and back.
Once she was done, she went downstairs.
"Let's go sunshine." Acrina said.
"Ravishing. You look ravishing." He said and she blushed. They both left the house.
At the church, Marcelo and Acrina both knelt at the alter and offered their prayers to God.
'Oh Lord I pray that Acrina and I shall pass our exams and graduate. I pray that you keep us both alive and in love. Don't let us be torn apart. I love Acrina and I wish to marry her someday. Bless you Lord.' Marcelo prayed in his mind.
'Dear Heavenly Father. I know you can hear me even if I don't speak out loud. I pray that you keep us happy all the time and enable us pass our exams. Amen."
"Are you done?" Marcelo asked.
"Yes." Acrina replied and they both held hands and walked out of the church.
