Marcelo stood still blinking at him.
"What do you mean by that? You should come with me. My family wants to see all of you." Marcelo said.
"I'll be right behind you." Elliot replied.
"Okay. By the way, have you seen Rina?" Marcelo asked.
"No." Came his blunt reply.
"Alright. I'll leave then. Hurry up and come too." Marcelo said and left. Elliot sighed and locked the door. Walking back to the tub, he looked at Acrina who was fast asleep.
"Sometime baby, not today. Sometime I'll have you all to myself." Elliot said to no one in particular and picked her up. Walking outside the bathroom and outside the house down to where the cars were parked.
Acrina's driver on seeing the young man who Acrina was always with carrying her, rushed to them.
"Lazarus take her home. Tell her parents she fell asleep due to tiredness." Elliot said before placing her in the back seat of the car.
"Yes sir." Lazarus who was Acrina's driver since kindergarten said and left. Elliot watched as Lazarus drove out and away from the Ordano's Mansion. Turning back, he went inside to meet Acrina's friends who were still at the table eating sushis.
"Elliot there you are. You sneaky little thing. Where'd you go?" Murrisa asked.
"Nigeria." Elliot replied sarcastically.
"Come on, you have zero sense of humor. Where were you?" Gabel asked this time.
"Bathroom." Came his short reply.
"And our friend?" Murrisa asked.
"Did you kidnap her?" Sinthia asked.
"Haha very funny. What makes you think I'd kidnap my own girlfriend? She's gone home." Elliot replied nonchalantly and sat between Gabel and Murrisa.
"What? Without telling us?" Gabel asked in disbelief.
"Yes. She was tired okay? Get over it. By the way, where's that Marcelo? Wasn't he going to introduce us to his family?" Elliot asked. Just then Marcelo showed up.
"Okay guys, let's go." Marcelo said and they all followed him to meet his family.
