CHAPTER THIRTY-SIX
WHITE dress with a collar that lies three inches below the knee and a beautiful white peep toe shoes. Hair tied up on a neat bun with a few strands flowing on each sides of my face.

He doesn't have the qualities of a dynamic leader and he's just money thirsty, ambitious, corrupt boss who can't do anything but to command his people to do everything for him while he's sitting comfortably in his chair.
Later on, I heard the boys coming through the hall. All of us were wearing white because they say that white is the colour of purity and we should always wear it whenever we're facing the Region's head. Di ba? Nakakasuka. He's not even pure to begin with.
Kingston sat beside me. He immediately held my hand and gave it a squeeze. I finally had the ability to move my facial muscles to form a cursive smile. "Good evening, please take a seat," the governor said in his very lively voice. We all sat on our chairs and that was the cue for the maids to enter and bring our foods. The Capitol can't experience scarcity no matter the situation is and they would clearly show extravagance in every opportunity.
