Chapter 20

Samus' POV:

I have had it, I was tired of how Kaz was treating me or how he looked at me.  Everything hurt, my body, my head, and teeth but I had enough strength  to grab and crush the man's hand, then threw him away.  I felt like I was changing. Powerful, intimidating as I looked at Kaz. Someone else was looking at him, it was a suit. It wasn't mine, it was black and blue, I realized it was the dark me, Dark Samus. I took my gun and aimed at her, she dodged as fast as she could, fast enough to rush to me. I swore I moved faster than before and felt as if I disappeared for she was scanning the area, I was invisible, I didn't think how to, I just did.  I did my best to shoot and hit her as hard as I could until Ocelot and Snake joined in, I had help. Dark didn't focus on them but me, I quickly ran away, back to retrieve my suit, back to Emmerich. Snake was in trouble as Dark started to pursuit, my friends. It was my turn to take care of them. Once I suited up I rushed back and charge my gun at Dark who did the same at me, I had to quickly dodge to avoid such damage and hid. I saw Snake unconscious, near it. I went invisible once more and got close to Snake, I thought of dragging him to a safe place while Dark scanned the area. Dark grabbed me by the throat and threw me at sea, where I knew it was going to be my tomb.

Ocelot's POV

It took Boss. The Dark Samus took Boss on a ship and flew away, to space, an alien, far worse than the ones Samus had told us. She was in trouble, she cannot handle seawater, we have learned that from Quiet and the suit was heavy enough for her to swim up. Perhaps the suit can protect her but something happened. The ground was shaking and something was emerging from the sea with Samus standing on it. So that's what she did with the ship all this time, she kept it hidden in case something happens like this. She fell on her knees the second she got back to Mother Base.

Samus: Where...is he...?

Ocelot: That thing took him. Any idea where they might have taken him?

Samus: I think I do. I must go alone. You cannot breathe up there without a suit.

Ocelot: Boss Should've told you sooner. Emmerich did another suit like yours, just not as powerful. He wanted you to show him your home world. Take Quiet to help you, I'm sure two like you will have a better chance out there.

Samus: I am not the enemy, Kaz....That was Phazon. A parasite that found pleasure in becoming my twin. I will find my heart in hopes that you won't bother me again...It'll cost you if you do...

Kaz: I was going to say...I trust you, save the Boss. Help him and destroy that thing.

Quiet approached Samus, wearing the suit and helped Aran up. Both girls moved to the ship and hovered on air, blasted off the sky faster than lightning. I had high hopes Samus not to get injured again or be lost to us along with Snake.
