I must've passed out, for someone threw cold water at me. I woke immediately and stared where I last saw Samus, she was on a medical bed, being attended. She doesn't look any different from before. Somehow she looked completely fine, not scratches or wounds. I guess the parasites already took effect. She opened her eyes and teared up as she looked up the ceiling. She didn't dare move, I have to admit I was scared of and for her.
I look around and struggle, nobody was with me, I tried to release myself until I heard someone come into Samus' room. Eli returned, with the freak and a suit. I feared that Samus was somehow their puppet.
Samus' POV:
I couldn't stop crying, my whole body hurt and somehow I wouldn't dare speak. My eyes were like a waterfall, and I could barely see. I contained myself before they released me, I didn't move. Eli helped me up and I looked at him as he smiled. He gave me a new suit.
Eli: You cannot speak or our gift to you will kill you. You are now one of the skulls, or as you may like to say, like your partner Quiet, however we got you new tech, you can either smoke these up to speak or just stay mute. You will be more powerful than them...
They failed to know I have also Metroid's blood. Eli gave me the small pipe and I inhaled a puff. I looked at him and in a few seconds I spoke.
Samus: Why did you do this...why me? I rather die.
Eli: No need to be suicidal Blondie, you will love what we gave you. And you could go home if you help us.
Samus: My home...is with Snake...I have decided to be with him...I love him.
Eli: then you should start forgetting about him and say your goodbyes. The reason you both are here is to make him suffer. To destroy him and Diamond Dogs.
Samus: No...you can't do that!! You can't! He...He hasn't done anything!!!
Eli: Oh but he has, Psycho Mantis will make sure you won't remember anything of this...and in time...you're going to thank me my lady...
He winked at me and I was stopped before I attacked him, the other guy grabbed and tied me. I got pinched by another syringe which was to sleep me. Everything was falling apart. I was finally happy until we got in the stupid chopper. Maybe it was best if I stood still at my new home. I looked into Snake's eyes remembering our moments together, before my world fell into a deep slumber. One thing for sure, I had a great life with the one I love.
Snake's POV
About half an hour I heard things falling from where Samus was. As if she was angry and throwing things, I was half right. Eli and Psycho Mantis, as I heard, went into her room and there was, semi naked, with those blue and red eyes...and those pincers. She was see-through and staring at them, waiting for orders. She became one of them, like Quiet.
The sleeping drug didn't do much at all. I could only see what they were doing, Eli gave her a new suit, or some sort of swimming suit. Less than Quiet's wearables. She let her hair loose meaning she was ready to serve. That is when we hear a screech. The wall behind Eli and Mantis breaks easily, me and Samus see a massive silhouette, a Metroid? No, it was big, bigger than anything, it reached to the roof. I shrieked harder and it's when I see Samus disappearing completely, leaving me.
It was purple and it looked like a bat and a dinosaur. I don't think I wanna confront it in this condition. Eli and Mantis react and try to hurt it, one of their experiments? No, it couldn't be. It saw me, it was approaching. I was doomed, I was about to die for no reason. The creature, inches from me, was blasted by a huge fireball. It was Samus, she manage to find Varia. Unfortunately it was different, so different it made my skin crawl. She had tentacles coming from wherever she pleases, and the metal was now black and goopy. Her fingers became huge claws and her eyes was sort of putrifying blue, as if the suit became a live insect. Her face was a real skull, with razor sharp teeth.

She disappeared again and attacked the huge monster, then stunned him. The thing tried to hurt her, her tentacles freed me and lifted me into the air, away from the the alien's grasp. It was when I realized she got her conscience back and she was still with me. She blasted the purple fucker again, grabbed me in her arms and ran in an inhuman speed.
She hid us, from Eli and the alien. She looked at me, I could feel she was ashamed and sad. I saw how she turned normal, it was horrid and disgusting. She was absorbing her insect self like quicksand into the suit and her body. She kissed my lips deeply after she took her helmet off. After our kiss she put me her helmet and ran fast, we were still at Afghanistan, only deep underground, a Base that Skull Face once had. The alien spotted us when it flew out the building, Samus ran to the ocean, being so fast, she was able to find a place to hide. That's where she gave me her helmet. I held onto her and submerged in to the cold and dark water. She made us dive deep underwater, I only stared at her, trying to keep calm. She could breathe underwater, she finally gave me a smile and hugged me gently so she wouldn't hurt me. It seems her wounds healed quick. We heard a chopper after the thing left us alone. Samus quickly lead us to ground, Ocelot was in the chopper, he was looking for us. Samus jumped into the chopper and lied me down, that is when she passed out and I held her hand.
Ocelot: What happened in there? Why the sudden collapse?
Snake: I only have to tell you for now that...he's back...
And with that we headed back to Base, unable to believe what I have seen with my eyes. Amazing, but concerning. As long as Samus is alright, my world has changed, and I believe it has changed more for her.
