He wouldn't mind you're clinginess. If he was free, he wouldn't mind. If he wasn't free, he still wouldn't mind. He would much rather have a clingy S/O then a cold and distant one who is reluctant to touch him, and he of course learned not to take you're affection for granted.

He was very shocked when you started to randomly cling to him when he was doing small things around the dorm. It started off with you wanting your hand to be held, but then it grew to you wrapping your arms around him and following him everywhere. When he asked you why you're being so clingy, you simply told him that it was because you loved him.
