i was laying in bed when my phone started ringing. looking at the screen, tanya's name appeared along with the picture of her and i, ice skating together.

accepting her facetime call, her face appeared. she looked like she just got out of the shower.

"hey tanya," i chuckled.

"hey y/n, what are you doing?" she asked me.

"i was just about to go to sleep, aren't you supposed to be at work?" i asked.

"what? it's like 9 and yes. i overslept so i called in and i'm going in at 11." she sighed.

"why'd you call me when you're supposed to getting ready for work?"

"because.... you're going to a hockey game with us tonight. we're not taking no for an answer." she stares at me hard through the phone.

"i have plans tonight." i lied,

"and what are those plans."

i looked at her with narrowed eyes. "i.... have to take my mom shopping."

"you took her shopping yesterday." i sighed and rolled my eyes.

"so? she wants to go again."

"no she doesn't, be ready by 6, we're coming to get you."

"no, im not going. goodbye." i hung up on my best friend and went back to falling asleep. ignoring her blowing up my phone with phone calls or facetime calls.

opening my apartment door to the loud and rapid knocking. my three best friends came barging in.

"get your ass ready," ronnie says as she pushed me towards my room.

"no, i'm not going."

"why not!?" jessie raised an eyebrow at me.

" 'cause i really don't feel like it." i said in a duh tone.

"you're going either way," tanya said, pushing me onto my bed as her, jessie, and ronnie started messing my room up.

"what the fuck." i groaned as i fell backwards onto my bed.

sitting in the cold stadium, i look bored out of mind. the people around me can tell.

although the game was entertaining to watch, i was bored. there was barely no action and i hated it. i love me some action. if a little fight happened, that'd get me interested in hockey.

it was now the end of the game, the rangers had won against the golden knights. the game was really intense and good, the score being 3 to 2.
