You were also clueless about me and Jay, so it put me in a tight spot.
Am I a liar for this? I could not speak nor could i really do something,
I was stuck between explaining to you,
or explaining to Jay.
I already know I love jay...
but why does that love cease the moment that you're around?
Is it... really love that I feel towards him?
Just then,
A big smile hindered the frown on your face.

"I...I guess the burglar isn't really much of a thief."
You chuckled lightly before closing your eyes...
As if to avoid letting me through your reflection.
And so, you left.
without uttering another word,
as if you didn't rush to my house without an umbrella in the midst of a roaring rain.
When I saw your back facing me as you left through the door,
I wanted to follow you,
I wanted to hug your leaving figure and beg you to not go.
And just then... did I realise,
that I've become attached to you.
I can't let you leave.
I can't let myself leave you.
But before I could even act upon that realisation of mine,
Jay had already trapped my hand in his.
As if.... he knew exactly what was happening.
"Mirae, stay with me."
