The Doctor, Avery, and Martha hide by the water dispenser as the other Slab walks down the corridor. "That's the thing about Slabs. They always travel in pairs." He explains softly.

"What about you?" Martha asks in return.

"What about me what?"

"Haven't you got back-up?" She questions, "You must have a partner or something?"

Avery offers a bright smile as she waves, "Hello, I'm the partner."

Martha looks at her a moment before adding, "I meant–"

The Doctor scoffs at the questions, "Humans. We're stuck on the moon running out of air with Judoon and a bloodsucking criminal, you're asking personal questions? Come on." He slowly stands, creeping forward.

"I like that. 'Humans.'" Martha comments as she and Avery follow him, "I'm still not convinced you're an alien."

They walk into a Judoon and the Doctor gets scanned, the Judoon declaring, "Non-human."

"Oh my God, you really are." Martha mutters in disbelief.

"And again." The Doctor huffs, grabbing Avery's hand while she grabs Martha's and they sprint down the hallway. They barely get round the corner before the Judoon fires its weapon. The chase is on. The Doctor, Avery, and Martha run up the stairs, locking the door behind them once they reach the next floor.

Avery frowns, noticing people are starting to slump to the floor. "They've done this floor. Come on." The Doctor tell them, the two girls struggling slightly to breathe as they speed walk to keep up with him, "The Judoon are logical and just a little bit thick. They won't go back to check a floor they've checked already. If we're lucky."

Martha spots Swales giving oxygen to a patient, crouching down beside her and inquires, "How much oxygen is there?"

"Not enough for all these people." Swales replies, "We're going to run out."

"How are you feeling?" Avery asks Martha, "Are you all right?"

"I'm running on adrenaline." She responds.

Avery smiles slightly, "Welcome to my world."

"What about the Judoon?"

"Nah, great big lung reserves. It won't slow them down." The Doctor replies before questioning, "Where's Mr. Stoker's office?"

"It's this way." Martha replies as she stands up and leads them down a dark hall and into the office, "She's gone. She was here."

Martha and Avery turn around the desk to see a pale white Mr. Stoker and the Doctor crouched beside him, breathing, "Drained him dry. Every last drop. I was right. She's a plasmavore."

"What's she doing on Earth?" Martha inquires.

"Hiding. On the run. Like Ronald Biggs in Rio de Janeiro." He answers before furrowing his brows in thought, "What's she doing now? She's still not safe. The Judoon could execute us all." He stands and begins to rush out the door, "Come on."

"Wait a minute." Martha objects, causing the Doctor to look at her curiously. His face softens slightly as he realizes she is taking the time to close Mr. Stoker's eyes. As Martha turns back to them, Avery offers a sad smile before they turn to head back into the corridor.

"Think, think, think. If I was a plasmavore surrounded by police, what would I do?" The Doctor mutters to himself, running a hand through his hair. He pauses, looking up and seeing the sign to the MRI. He lets out a sound of realization, "She's as clever as me. Almost."

There's then a crash and screams, a Judoon ordering, "Find the non-human. Execute."

The Doctor turns to the girls, instructing them quickly, "Avery, Martha, stay here. I need time. You've got to hold them up."
