The Pil and Tan families were in a frenzy, setting everything up for the upcoming holiday. They had two days to prepare but they always closed earlier the day before Thanksgiving so they wanted everything ready as soon as possible.
While the girl was occupied with baking, her phone screen lit up with notifications.
In his room, sat Jisung on his bed ,looking at his phone with boredom. He opened the group chat to see if he'd be entertained.
Renjun: Hi guys
Mark: Hi
Chenle: Why did you text here?
Renjun: So Imina's not left out
You're all here anyway
Jisung: I'm sure Imina would be happy about that when she sees it
Haechan: Where is she?
Jisung: She's at the bakery with her family
Haechan: omg we have to go back there
Jaemin: We should
We should start hanging out more
Jeno: Who exactly are you talking about?
Jaemin: Us and Imina
Mark: I'm fine with that
She's nice
Renjun: I don't think any of us mind
Jisung: I'm bored
Chenle: Do something Jisung
Jisung: I did do something
Chenle: Do something else besides telling us you're bored
Jisung: Like what?
Chenle: Have you eaten?
Jisung: Yeah
Chenle: Is your room clean?
Jisung: I don't feel like cleaning
Chenle: Be bored then
Haechan: You could watch TV or go for a walk or be like Jaemin and take pictures
Jaemin: I highly recommend that
Mark: Or you could do what Imina does and read
Jisung: I'll just talk to you guys
The decision fared well for Jisung as his friends had many things to say, even if they were random.
Once their endless conversations had died down, Haechan suggested they watch a show together. After two hours, they got a message in their group chat.
Imina: Hey guys
I won't really be on my phone but I got a break for a few minutes and saw the notifications
Jaemin: IMINA my soulmate :)
Haechan: That is seriously disgusting
Jaemin: You're just jealous you don't have what we have
Chenle: What do you have?
Imina: It's obviously love, Chenle
In fact, I think we'll get married right out of highschool
What do you say Jaemin?
Jaemin: When's the wedding date?
Who wants to go suit shopping with me?
