These are some of my favourite ships in the HTTYD franchise. There may also be a few ideas that are completely irrelevant to the ships that I said I was writing about.

Team Astrid (Ep1)
After an attack on Berk by Dagur, Astrid finds out her parents house got destroyed by fire arrows and boulders. Fortunately Astrid's parents were out at the yak races, but the home she grew up in was gone and it hit her hard.
Astrid tells Hiccup that she will be staying in the arena after he asks what she is doing about the sleeping arrangements. Hiccup says that he is staying there too because of his dads loud snoring but he was really there to support her, and eventually all the other dragon riders join them, having a big sleepover to show their support for Astrid.
In the morning, Hiccup goes over to Astrid to ask whether she got any sleep that night. When Astrid decides that she wants to stay on Berk to train more riders to protect their home, Hiccup stays as well. He says it is to patrol the island incase Dagur comes back, but he really wants to stay with her. Hiccup was also the one who convinced her to go back to the Edge.
Night of the Hunters Part 1 (Ep2) & Night of the Hunters Part 2 (Ep 3)
At the beginning of the episode, Hiccup is worried that Astrid has been gone all day without telling anybody where she was. Feeling something's wrong, Hiccup decides to lead a search party to find her. He gives each rider a direction to search, and he goes south, knowing that Astrid likes to fly south. Hiccup sees Astrid just as she is about to go under and dives into get her.
When back on Toothless, Hiccup repeatedly calls her name with her in his lap and visibly relaxes when she comes round. He hugs her tight as she falls back into unconsciousness with her head on his shoulder.
When they return to the Edge, Hiccup takes Astrid to his hut and lets her sleep the experience of in his bed. Astrid didn't have Stormfly to ride so she rides with Hiccup.
When searching the Reaper, Astrid and Hiccup are below deck while the others are on the deck itself. Astrid gets frustrated when they don't find anything and Hiccup calms her down and promises her that they will find Stormfly.
They are constantly standing close to each other throughout the entire episode.
Bad Moon Rising (Ep 4)
Snotlout Gets the Axe (Ep 5)
Hiccup shows no worry about the jokes that Astrid will marry Snotlout because he has full confidence it will never happen. He laughs when Astrid gets told she will be representing house Hofferson at the wedding, and Astrid smirks when Hiccup gets told that he will be representing the Haddocks. When they are flying to the wedding, they are in sync when they are talking about all of Snotlout's mishaps.
Hiccup and Astrid joke about having to follow Snotlout when he runs after the Armour Wing. They also offer to take the blame for being late to the (ruined) wedding.
The Zippleback Experience (Ep 6)
After Hiccup and Toothless save Barf and Belch, Astrid tries to warn him that his foot is twisted, but he ends up falling over.
When she sees Toothless alone, looking over the seas, Astrid knows that Hiccup is in danger and leads the other riders to find him.
Snow Way Out (Ep 7)
Quite a few times through the episode, Astrid tells Heather she is worried about not telling Hiccup about Heather spying on the hunters. SHe explains she knew Hiccup trusted her and had she has never lied to him before. Even when Heather tries to reassure her, Astrid still looks unhappy.
A little after this event, Hiccup tells Astrid that he relies on her after she tells him that she got lost when they were scouting. Astrid looks taken aback by that, remembering her talk with Heather.
Hiccup is upset when Astrid tells him that Heather was helping them since he is surprised that Astrid was keeping a secret from him that could help them. He also seems really hurt that Astrid kept a secret from him as he had told her secrets that he has never told anyone. Although he acts coldly towards her for a time, they seem to reconcile by the end of the episode.
Edge of Disaster Part 1 (Ep 8) & Edge of Disaster Part 2 (Ep 9)
When Hiccup is about to leave to help Johan, Astrid pleads with him to let her come with him. Eventually she relents and stays on the Edge with the twins. Later, when she has had a big argument with the twins she asks "Hiccup, where are you when I need you?". When Hiccup comes back, she is so happy that she punches Dagur when he insults him.
Shock and Awe (Ep 10)
A Time to Skrill (Ep 11)
Astrid is concerned when Hiccup says that he is going to go by himself to lure/trap the Skrill. She tries to convince him to let her and the other riders to come along, but he says no, because the Skrill knows that it can't defeat the riders all together.
When Hiccup accidentally gives the Dragon Hunters the Skrill, Astrid is the one that motivates him, saying that it isn't how he fixes it, but how they all fix it as a team. She says that everything that he did, he did to protect the dragon and to protect all of them. Hiccup looks a lot more confident after her speech.
Maces and Talons Part 1 (Ep 12) & Maces and Talons Part 2 (Ep 13)
When Hiccup is worried about Heather's safety when she is working for the Hunters, Hiccup reassures her, and they look longingly into each other's eyes until Snotlout and Tuffnut destroy the moment with their antics.

Sorry I haven't posted on here in a while. I have been really busy. I am going to make a series out of these chapters. One for each season. I hope you are enjoying them.
