Chapter Seventeen

*Ivy's POV*

*Dream*

I woke up on the edge of a clearing, the clearing was beautiful, it had flowers of every color everywhere. It made me want to run in the center of it and spin around in circles till I get dizzy. I think thats just what im going to do.

As I was looking around, and making my way to the center, I saw someone sitting there. My guard went up, who is he? I thought.

"Hello red" the man said.

Theres only one person Who calls me red and hes only in my dreams, and its only a whisper. Then that means this is a dream, so I ask trying not to freak out "Who are you?"

"Oh, my little red, im not going to hurt you."

"Who are you? How do I know your not going to hurt me? Answer my questions"

Thats when he stood up and turned around. He was about 6'2 in height he had the same color of hair I did, which was a little weird. He was skinny too skinny, with little muscles. It was like he was being starved, and I hated it. Why did I hate it though? I dont know him, I shouldnt care, so why do I?

I gasped when out eyes met, I had never seen eyes like that be for. They were a dark pink with ruby red lines threw them. I have never seen eyes like his. Then he gave me a warm smile, and it made me relax.

Then he spoke in a warm soft tone again, "I have missed so much of your life, look at you red, your all grown up."

"Who are you and how do you know me?" I asked, I could feel tears prick my eyes and I could feel my heart speed up. I couldn't tell if it was from fear or something else.

"Red, its me"

"Me who!?" I screamed

"Red calm down!" He yelled back.

I just wanted to scream bloody murder and cry my eyes out. Everything is so fucked up right now. I mean what the fuck really? I keep asking why? Why me? And all I get is 'im sorry it has to be you' bullshit. Now some guy is standing here telling me to calm down.

"Red, im your brother Jason." He said with a smile on his face that reached his eyes. Everything stopped, and I thought about what he just said over and over, then it clicked.

"Oh shit," ran to him and threw my arms around his neck. "I have been looking for you, where are you? How are you here? And where are we?"

"Calm down red. Ill answer your question when we meet we only have a little time. But first, what was the last thing you remember?"

So I told him I was singing at my lake and then all three of my mates marked me then passed out. Then woke up here.

He was shocked cuz he said "shit"

I looked at him puzzled "what?"

"Its still your eighteenth birthday isnt it?"

"How did you kn....." but I was cut off by him talking fast.

"Look red there is a loop hole about being marked, And as fucked up as it is, he can mark you also." I gave him a weird look and he continued. "Why didnt she tell you this. FUCK! Ok look red and listen carefully."

"I knew she didnt tell me everything, I fucking knew it!" I yelled.

"Red! Listen!" He said to get my attention.
