Chapter Forty

*Glenn's POV*

I looked down at her shocked at what she said. I could not believe she had forgiven me. We finally reached the other pack doctors I told her "where here just hold on a lit...." I noticed her close her eyes as I spoke. Shit not now were so close. "No little warrior wake up! Open your eyes! DOCTOR!" I yelled busting in threw the doors.

The doctor was waiting there for us with one of his nurse's. "Help her quick!"

"Follow me," he said running to a room. I followed him "put her on the bed hurry!" He yelled. He was about to tell me to leave when I said "im not leaving!" I stayed in the room but out of the way. There was no way in hell I was leaving her alone again after what just happened. That and I would probably lose my family and pack if I did.

The doctor didnt even care that I was there, he just started barking out orders to his nurse. " Ill start the IV, you stop the bleeding!"

I watched as he started the IV in her other arm and hooked a bag of blood to it starting a blood transfusion. Then he hooked her up to a heart monitor. He told the nuse to squeeze the blood bag every three seconds. Then he checked the bite wound on her shoulder. Once it was cleaned completely he applied a cream that helps stop wounds from bleeding and then bandaged it up. He checked the bag of blood the nurse had and it was already halfway through. He left the room fast and ran back in with another bag.

The eniter time I watched him like a hawk, because I wouldn't beable to live with myself if he tried to kill her too and I wasnt here to protect her. As he was putting on the second bag, I walked to her other side and held her hand. I finally got the nerve up to ask "Hows she doing?"

"Well her wounds have stopped bleeding, which is a good thing. Her heartbeat is still a little weak, but I think she will pull threw this." He took a deep breath then said "Honestly, to tell the truth, she should be dead right now with how much blood she has lost. She is one lucky girl, who ever is her mate is, well they're very lucky to have her. Ok, ill be right back, when I get back ill give her another bag of blood just to be safe." He said. I nodded and watched him leave.

I started to get mindlinked from everyone asking questions.

'How is she?' Hunter asks

'Is she ok?' Leo asks

'Is she alive?' Chris asks

'Were on our way, we will be there soon.' Tom says.

'Hows my baby?' Melody and Gale ask at the same time.

I mindlink all of them at the same time and say 'calm down, she is ok the doctor is starting the third bag of blood now. Her heartbeat is still a little weak, her wounds have stopped bleeding. And to answer your next question, I have been in the room the entire time watching them like a hawk.' Then cut the link.

I took a deep breath and sighed, I cant believe how stong she is. I looked at her face and noticed her color was coming back slowly. "When will she wake up?" I ask him as he was checking her bite again. I looked away and grimaced because I was the one who gave it to her. "I dont know when she will wake up im sorry beta Black. She is out of the woods for now, but we need to keep a close eye on her. She is showing good signs of recovering. Her color is starting to come back to her skin which is great news. But her heartbeat is still weak, and thats what worries me. Her wound is starting to heal though, See look." He said pointing to her shoulder as he took the dressing off.

As I looked at it, he was right, it had stopped bleeding and looked like it had finally started to heal. I was relieved but only a little. I watched him finish changing the bandage, then he unhooked the empty blood bag and hooked up one that had clear liquid in it. "What is in that bag?" I asked with my beta voice.
