Chapter Thirty Six

*Nick's POV*

"Damn it! I almost had her! If it wasnt for that mutt of a mate she would be in my arms now." I growled in anger.

'do not worry,' my wolf said with an evil laugh.

'Oh? And why is that?' I asked a little pissed off.

'When we were close enough, I was able it get into her dream.'

'And?' Damn it I whish he would spit it out already.

'Lets just say, the message was sent, and it was loud and clear.' He said with amusement. Then he started humming in excitement for some reason.

'Why are you humming? Your acting like we already have her.'

'A few things actually,'

'And those would be?....' I said dragging out the E.

'Our mate is beautiful, and strong, breaking her will be fun. Oh, and her fear smells delicious. It makes me want to eat her up. I cant wait to have her, just so I can watch her cry.'

I nod my head in agreement, then cut the link. Ever since we found our mate my wolf Anubis has been happy. But when she got away, he was as angry as I was. She was marked by us but not mated, then our anger grew as our mark disappeared.

As I ran back to my pack house the only words rolling threw my head were "The message was sent, and it was loud and clear." I smiled at that thought.

"Only a little longer little mate, then you will be ours again."

*Ivy's POV*

I stood there frozen in place after what they said. I was shocked, then that means....I really did meet his wolf Anubis in my nightmare. Then the guy downstairs that Hunter hurd and smelt was Nick! He was that close to getting me again.

I started shaking again, and the fear was written clear as day all over my face. I had to think quick, I didnt want them to know how frightened I really was of Nick. When I took in my surroundings I notice that all three were in a heated discussion about Nick and not really paying attention to me.

I thought nows my chance, I headed to the bathroom quickly. Before I could shut the door Leo asks "Ivy? Are you alright?"

Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! I yelled in my head, what am I going to do if I turn around they will know! 'Did you forget about me?' My wolf said softly.

'No, what are we going to do? I dont want them to know.'

'You are going to breathe, then let me handle the boys.'

As I took a deep breath I let Crimson take control. She inhaled a deep breath, and made our face look as if nothing was wrong. She turned around calmly and said "boys, im going to shower alone, and you are going to leave. Im sure alpha Ryan wants to talk to you about whats happened tonight."

They nod in agreement, then leave the room but before Chris shut the door he smiled and said "call us if you need us and we will come running, no matter were you are."

She nods her head and he leaves the room not asking any questions. I take back control and sighed deeply. 'Thanks, I dont think I could have done that.' I told my wolf as I turned back to the bathroom and closed the door.

'Thats why im here, we are one person. I knew, that if they saw our fear, they would not have left and had asked questions.'

'Yeah, hey Crimson?'

'I know, what Anubis said scared me to. For some GOD awful reason he is the only one that makes our fear spike.'

'So then moms letter was right.'
