*Ivy's POV*

It was black again, I knew that evil voice was coming. He always comes.

I have noticed that everytime I dont have a nightmare or memories about my father, that voice appears. It was almost as if, as if my father was still trying to protect me somehow. But from what? And why? More unanswered questions.

Who is he? Why does he want me so bad? All these questions and more I ask. I think im slowly losing my mind. I constantly ask him, but he never answers them or gives anything away to tell me who he is.

Sometimes, everything is just too much to handle, to many unanswered questions, and that I just want to give up. Then I realized that I cant, atleast not yet. Its like something is telling me to just hold on. I wont give up, not until I get some answers for the questions.

"Tsk, tsk, tsk, your time is almost up little mate." The evil voice from my nightmares begin.

"Oh? And what clock are you using? I dont see one." I say with sarcasm in my voice. I noticed that I wasnt stuttering this time.

"Little mate of MINE! I will have you soon." I just raised my eyebrow, almost asking really? "Where are you hiding now? I almost had you once. But do not to worry ill find you again. You cannot hide from me forever." That same evil voice spoke.

How do I answer that, and when did he almost have me? Damn more questions, "be strong red" it was barely a whisper, but I hurd it. I didnt want to raise suspicion about it, because the guy with evil voice didnt notice it. That voice gave me strength again, but why? who's is it? Damn it, why is everything so fucked up right now.

I had to stop thinking so much and answer him. "You will never find me, but even if you do, I will never be yours." I said back with the little bit of confidence I didnt think I had.

That must have pissed him off because the next words he spoke where soft and deadly. "You where always mine. I will find you. And I will kill anyone, and everyone, who trys to keep you from me."

My eyes widened, "I will protect whats mine! I will kill you!" I yelled

"You can try" he laughed "oh little mate you can try, but they will die one way or another. Either by my hand, or yours." He said it like it was a promise of what was to come.

Once he said that my body was thrown into the wall head first. I felt my skull crack with a sickening loud "crack" when it hit the wall. Then thrown to the ground breaking my right leg and left arm. I knew I would also have bruises around my neck, where he held me and threw me around like a rag doll. I could feel the blood starting to run from my head.

"Everything will be ok red" there it was again, just bearly above a whisper. It was comforting and warm. Then it disappeared and the other voice came back. Yelling in anger "MINE!" was all he said.

I screamed bloodly murder from the pain shooting threw my body now that I was now felling. My eyes shot opened and woke up on the floor still screaming over and over. I couldnt move, I was frozen, and I was scared.

My voice went, all the screaming made it disappear.

I could hear banging and yelling from beyond my door. My eyes started to get heavy again, and my body was going numb from how much pain I was in.

The darkness was calling me.

The banging was slowly getting quiet, and thats when I knew my hearing was failing me. It was another sign that I was slowly losing losing my grip to stay in the light.

I was trying to hold on, and not give up.

But no matter how much I fought to stay awake, I was still being pulled into the darkness again. I knew it was a losing battle but I still tried. Before I completely passed out, there was a loud bang, almost like a door coming off its hinges.

Then there were gasps, and wondering why?

So I looked the best I could with my slowly failing eyesight. I saw three men run in, and they were yelling my name or something. I couldnt hear them, it was all muffled, and then I felt tingles on my face.

At that point, that was when I realized, they were my mates. They had come for me. I would have smiled, but I didnt have the energy.

They were saying something, but I still couldn't hear it. My blurry eyes slowly closed, and I fell back into the nothingness.

Drifting off to nothing, back to that dark place again, and away from the light.

But with one question on my mind "why me?" And I was gone.
