I sat in Sunstreaker's Lambo and he just reached town. I was tensed to sit so close next to him but I trusted he wouldn't touch me. He parked and turned towards me. 'I want to make a stop at the art-shop, alright?' I nodded and hopped out. I looked around, it was quite busy. I took a sprint to stay close to Sunstreaker but not too close. We first headed for a shop. Sunstreaker wanted some new shirts and pants. 'What do you think?' he held up too. I pointed at the black one and nodded. 'What's wrong with this one?' he mocked. 'I don't think the color with suit you,' I gestured honestly. He looked at it for a moment and nodded. He grabbed a few more things before heading towards the fitting room. I sat down and waited for him to be done or show himself, I don't know.
After a couple of minutes he did show himself and I could tell the shirt was too small for his muscular chest. 'What do you think?' he asked. I got up. 'Hold on a second,' I gestured before walking off and got the shirt one size bigger. 'It's too small for your chest. You're muscular. I think this will fit better,' I gestured. Sunstreaker gave a small nod. 'And the pants?' he asked. I looked down at his legs. 'I think it's fine... unless you don't feel comfortable in it,' I signed. He looked down at himself. 'I don't know either but first, I am going to try this on,' he and disapeared again. He ended up buying a few things. Our next stop was the art shop. 'What do you need?' I gestured. 'Some new pencils,' he replied. I curiously followed him. 'How long have you been drawing?'
'Long, all my life. I love art. Just thinking about it makes me so happy,' he said and started a smiling. A genuine smile. 'Can I see your drawings? I am am drawing too whenever I can. I would like to see someone else's drawings,' I gestured. He nodded, 'yeah, of course you can see them,' he said without hesitation. 'Maybe we can... draw together?' he asked. I smiled and nodded. I liked the idea. 'Do you have a sketchbook?' he asked. I shook my head, 'I use paper I find. Mr. Cooper doesn't allow us to have any hobbies or whatsover. He's really strict but I will take the drawings I made tomorrow. I hid them under the mattress. Maybe you can tell me what you think and some advice.' Sunstreaker gave a small nod. 'Yeah, of course... which sketchbook?' he held up two. I looked at them and eventually pointed at the black one. 'Alright, this will be your sketchbook them.' My eyes widened in shock. Mine? No one ever gave me something so I was caught off guard. Sunstreaker smiled a little. 'You can't keep drawing on papers you find...' he said. He grabbed a few other things. 'Come on.' Once we got outside we walked back towards his alt-mode.
We headed back towards his home and had lunch. 'When we finish, I'd like to show you something,' he said. Sunstreaker flashed me a smile.
As soon as we finished and cleaned up, Sunstreaker gestured to me to follow him upstairs. 'This is my atelier,' he said, opening the door for me. There was a large wooden table in the middle and large cabinets surrounding the walls. All kinds of art supplies. Beautiful paintings and sketches filled the room. My eye fell on a beautiful painting standing in the corner. It was a dark winter landscape.'Why is it in the corner?' I gestured. 'This one? Oh...' Sunstreaker picked it up and looked at it. 'I painted this in a darker period. When my mental health was really unstable,' he said. I looked at it before signing again; 'I love the painting.'
He smiled and placed it back on the ground. 'Thanks, but I am not proud on this one,' he said honestly and showed me around. We sat down at the large table and he showed me a few techniques with pencils. He also showed me his drawings and I was stunned. He truly is an artist. The passion he had for it was greater than the love for his paint job.'Sit down,' he said and gestured to the chair. He handed me the sketchbook he bought me earlier today and his pencils. 'How much do you know about drawing?' He asked. 'Not much,' I signed. He hummed and showed me a few basic things.
We drew for hours until it started to get dark. After dinner, I headed back to the orphanage. Sunstreaker and I really started to get closer. It was so hard to believe that he's a psychopath. He doesn't show any psychopathic traits or whatsoever. I actually doubted at this point if the medic had diagnosed him right.
I had to admit, he's selfish and arrogant, little bit rude but nothing disturbing for so far.I walked inside and had a quick look around before walking over to the stairs. However, I never made it to the first floor. Cooper grabbed my hair and yanked of me off the stairs onto the ground. I grunted and looked up to him. He hit me with his stick in my face. A sharp pain shot through my cheekbone. 'Where have you been all day!' He snapped. I flinched and slowly got up. I looked at the floor. 'Ugh, you cost me too much,' he scowled and walked off. I made it upstairs and laid down on my bed.
I am going to die if I stay here much longer but where do I need to go? I didn't want to ask Sunstreaker for help. He has done so much for me already. I groaned and curled up, closing my eyes and tried not to think about the future. I will figure something out. I just need more time, I just fear that I won't have much time time left to think.
