I had to report back to Optimus as soon as I got home. I think I can leave Skyla for a couple of hours. She was upstairs and she knew my rules and obeyed them. I parked in the hanger and walked up to the platform where Prime was talking to some soldier. I rudely interrupted by pushing the soldier out of the way. 'Piss of or I'll stab you to death,' I barked. The soldier raised his hands in peace and fled like a scared little puppy. I snorted and watched him leave with disgust. 'Worthless piece of shit,' I scowled. 'Sunstreaker!' I looked at Prime. 'Seriously, human males are so pathetic. They're like rodents no one ever asked for.'

'Enough now Sunstreaker.'

I snorted and glared daggers at Optimus. 'How did your mission go?' He asked to change the subject. 'Dead. The female is dead. I had to react my hate and anger on someone so I was glad I was able to kill someone. I murdered her, ripped her spark out like it was nothing,' I snarled. 'I get it, Sunstreaker. Why didn't you come home right away when you were done?' He asked. 'Because this is not my home for starter and second of all, I can do whatever I want and whenever I want. If I don't want to come back to base, then I won't. The femme was dead anyway so I didn't see why I would come back to base instantly.'

'Maybe because it was a mission and not a vacation,' he said in a matter-of-fact tone but also irritated. 'Yeah, we'll... I am here now so...' I trailed off. Optimus sighed and passed me. 'Am I done?' I asked as I followed him. 'Yes, you're done,' he sulked. 'Finally then I can go back to—' I cut myself off and Optimus turned around. 'To who?' He asked. 'To my home, but first, I have to pick someone thing up,' I muttered. He raised a brow. I was trying so hard to lie but I felt some nerves. 'What!' I snapped. Optimus shook his head and let me pass. 'Don't call me,' I scowled.

I drove back home and Skyla was minding her own business. She was drawing. I look over her shoulder. 'That looks good...' I sat down. 'Your proportions are a bit off though.' I took the pencil from her and made a smaller drawing. 'You see the difference?' She nodded. 'Drawing portraits is hard but you will get there eventually. You made a good start,' I said and patted her shoulder as I got up. I walked over to the kitchen to get some soda as my phone went off.

'Hello?' I asked a bit grumpy. 'Where's my money?' I rubbed my forehead. 'Oh, you could've sent me an invoice,' I scowled. 'I want my money today,' he snapped and disconnected the call. I looked at the femme. She was drawing. I sighed softly and walked up to her. 'Sweetspark?' she perked her head up while I sat down beside her. 'I have to go for an hour or so. You'll be fine?' I asked. She smiled and nodded. 'Don't worry.' She gestured. I rubbed her back before I got up. 'All right gorgous, I see you in an hour,' I said as I snitched my leather jacket off the chair. She blushed and nodded. Where on earth do I get three thousand dollar cash? I wasn't even sure if I could pin that.

I took me a lot of efford to get $3.000,- and I kept asking myself why I am doing this. Why am I spending so much money on a race I hate so much? I can buy so many art suplies from that. I groaned as I reached the porch. I swear if Prime tells me one more time I am not putting enough effort in this stupid human race I'll pinch his optics out. Cooper opened the door, 'take it and leave me alone,' I snapped. He snitched the suitcase out of my hands. 'Took you long enough,' he snapped. 'You will leave her alone,' I snapped. Cooper snorted and stepped back, 'I am serious about it,' I warned. 'Why do you care so much about her? You barely know her,' he mocked. 'I actually do know her. Leave me alone,' I snapped and turned around. He slammed the door shut while I walked over to my alt-mode.

'Sunstreaker.'

I groaned and stopped walking. 'What are you doing here, Mirage?' I snapped. 'I can ask you the same question,' he said and crossed his arms. I didn't like his dominat behavior. I walked up to him and grabbed his throat, slaming him against the lampost. 'You are on thin ice,' I snapped, pressing my knife against his face. Mirage shivered. 'You are spying on me, isn't it?' I snapped. 'No... I was on a patrol,' he cracked. 'Really?' I mocked and pressed some harder with my knife. 'Shall I pinch your eye out?' I asked, turning my knife. The tip was only inches away form his eye. 'Sunstreaker, stop...'

'You blocked my credit card... I wasn't really happy about that. Why would I listen to your pathetic whimpering?' I snapped. 'I got orders, Sunstreaker. Optimus–' I cut him off. 'You can ignore the orders... just like I do. Now go back to base and forget about what you just saw, alright?' I snapped and turned back towards my alt-mode. 'Than what are you up too?' he asked. 'I am minding my own business, okay? I don't like repeating myself so go back to base and leave me the fuck alone,' I snapped. I hopped in my alt-mode and drove back home where Skyla was still sitting at the dinning table.

'You're okay? You look annoyed,' she signed. 'I feel fine,' I snapped. 'You'd like some coffee?' she asked. I gave a small nod and sat down while she walked over to the kitchen. She returned five minutes later and placed the coffee down. 'here...' it was only a whisper but the first time I heard her soft femine voice. I lookd at her while she sat back and continued drawing. It made my bad mood fade right away.
