Skyla was asleep. I didn't want to wake her up just yet. I couldn't sleep due to what happened last night. I want to protect my brother as much as I want to protect the female but I have no idea how. I have been planning several murders, I even dreamed about it. I also know that I need to keep a low profile. I slowly perked my head up. Optimus just drove into my neighborhood. Sometimes I wondered why I kept using my internal scanners so much, but now I am really happy I did. No surprises for me.

I slowly got up and opened the door. Prime stopped and stared at me. 'What do you want?' I asked, leaning against the door. 'Talking,' he replied. 'It's not really a good time,' I said. 'Sunstreaker, I don't like what is going on between us,' he said. 'Yeah, well... you are the one who started it,' I said bluntly. 'No, I didn't.' He approached. 'I don't want to talk to you,' I sulked. 'The fact is... if we don't sort things out, we can't work together as a team either,' he said. I snorted, 'I don't help humans, Prime. I don't fight for them.' Prime shrugged. 'Can we talk?' I hesitated but let him and shut the door behind him. 'You blocked my bank account,' I began. 'Yes,' was all he said. 'What exactly did you expect me to do? You wanted me to come back to base, crying over some stupid human money?' I mocked.

'No, I was curious how you would react,' he replied. 'I am using Sideswipe's bank account and I have one extra but you won't figure that out. I am not stupid, Prime. Honestly, I see and now more than you probably realize,' I stated. He snorted and shook head while sitting down. 'What are you up to?' he asked. 'I told you that before,' I said. 'No, I am talking about your motivation. You are making a huge problem out of it. You are threatening Ironhide,' he said. 'Yes, and I haven't lied one single word about what I said to him,' I said. 'Talk to me... what is going on?' he asked. 'Nothing... nothing is going on. I have told you what I know and it's up to you to do something about it or not,' I said. Optimus was only able to shake his head.

'I know that you have contact with a human, Sunstreaker.'
'Yeah? Do I?' I mocked. 'You tell me... but that would be the only explanation why you don't want to tell me the truth,' he said. 'Because it's none of your business,' was my blunt reply. 'It's not illegal to talk to a human,' he said. 'Look, I am not in the mood for this argument right now... I have other things to do,' I said. 'I don't think we will get anywhere as long as you stay stubborn,' he said. 'You are on the side of the humans... you are not on my side,' I said. 'That's not true, but humans are our allies,' he said. 'Really? You ask Lennox for advice and not Prowl. In fact, Lennox is more on your side than Prowl and he's your second in command. That you don't trust me or want to listen to me is fine... but your own second in command? That's a bit... surprising,' I mocked without looking at him.

'Lennox is not a bad person.'
'Typical for you to say. Humans hurt me. They are all after money and power. They don't care about us, Prime. Soon or later they will turn their backs on us and don't come to me because I have warned you about this. They are like me... if they get more benefit from the Decepticons, then they will join them and not us.'
'You won't join the Decepticons, Sunstreaker,' he said. 'No? If I could've saved my brother with it... I wouldn't even consider it twice. If I could become leader of the Decepticons... that would be even more interesting.' Optimus shook his head again. 'I just hope you aren't doing anything stupid,' he said. I shrugged, 'I am not doing anything wrong yet. Just make sure to fix that with the Decepticons,' I said and got up. I looked out of the window and leaned against the wall.

'Well, I think I can better go,' he said and got up. I looked at him from the corner of my eye. 'I don't choose the humans above you, Sunstreaker. I need your expertise on the battlefield and I take your advice very seriously,' he said. I snorted, 'Even for being a psycho?' I mocked. 'You are a skilled mech... I admire your strengh and bravery on the battlefield and I know you're not stupid,' he said before he left. I watched him drive off before I headed upstairs and opened the door of Skyla's room, peeking inside. She was still curled up and sleeping peacefully. I slowly walked up to her and rubbed her head and cheek. A smile pulled on her lips before she slowly opened her eyes. I sat down on the edge of her bed. 'You need to get up, it's 9 O'clock,' I said. She gave a small nod. 'I have already eaten, but I will make you some food,' I said.

I got up and walked over to the door. Downstairs, I cooked her some pancakes. She looked really pretty today. She finally found the courage to pull on her jean shorts and crop top. Her beautiful dark blonde hair fell over her shoulders, reaching her lower back and she had some added make-up on her face. 'You are absolutely beautiful, Skyla,' he said. She blushed and looked down. She still avoided my eyes as much as possible. 'Hey.' I lifted her chin to make her look at me. 'You are pretty,' I said before handing her some pancakes. She slowly lifted her hands and gestured; 'thank you.'
