Mundus: "Well then, are you not going to introduce yourselves? You did wander into my abode unannounced. You should consider yourselves grateful I have not torn you to shreds and thrown what's left into the abyss."

Hawk and Qrow are standing back to back. They had no idea where this voice was coming from. But they knew it wasn't a good sign that Mundus was talking with them. It could most likely mean that he already has the advantage over the two of them.

Qrow: "*Whispering* Got any ideas?"

Hawk: "*Whispering* If I told you, then they wouldn't be good ideas. Just play along."

Mundus: "Oh, we're whispering now, are we?"

Hawk: "Hawk. Hawk Branwen and this is my father, Qrow Branwen." Qrow shoots a look of confusion.

Qrow: "*sigh* Pleasure."

Mundus: "Well than Hawk Branwen, son of Qrow Branwen, I welcome you to my fortress. Please make your way to the throne. I believe we both wish to speak...face-to-face."

The two of them made their way to the large throne at the end of the room. Hawk's mind was on high alert, he could tell from the way Mundus spoke, and by the tone of his voice, he was planning something. His voice was filled with a sort of disdain or malice, especially when he heard their names. Approaching the throne, it was covered in scratch marks, and weapons seemed to jut out of the sides, like trophies.

Mundus: "Now then...kneel."

Hawk: "So you won't miss our knecks when you sever our heads, no thanks."

Mundus: "Hah! You are a clever one, Mister Hawk. But I assure you I am not like my single-minded subjects; I wouldn't waste this opportunity to have visitors that weren't simply after my title, now please...kneel."

Hawk sighed deeply as he nodded at Qrow for them to kneel. Both going to one knee before the throne, they watched as a dark black mist with three glowing red orbs floated into the throne, creating a shadow of a figure sitting within the chair. Then, in a blaze of fire, the mist took physical form, reflecting the paintings they saw inside the tower. Seeing it now in front of them, the demon towered well over them. If Hawk took on his Crimson Tyrant form, they would be around the same size. But trying to fight wasn't the first thing on his mind...but it wasn't an option he was willing to cast aside.

Mundus: "Are you not enthralled by the majesty of my form? It's raw, untamed power. Even for lower creatures such as you humans, you must see the folly of even attempting to come here for any other purpose except to kneel to the superior beings. But...you aren't humans, are you? You are both something more. You share the blood of my kin. Hawk here has so much demon blood flowing through him. If it weren't for the fact that he was born a human, he would be as pure a demon as I. And you Qrow, I sense you are...new to our kind. The blood flowing through you is young and has yet to acclimate to your body entirely. Aaaah. That is why you two have come to my domain. You wish to seek advice and guidance for your father, is that it?"

Hawk: "Uh...no." Mundus leaning forward in intrigue.

Mundus: "Then why have you come here if not to seek my aid?"

Qrow: "We are looking for the Relics the Twin gods made on Remnant. We found one of the temples made to act as a sort of worship."

Mundus: "Ooooh! The pieces are all coming together now. You found one of my old communication mirrors I bestowed to my followers during the war, and you used that silly little sword, Yamato, to cut the barrier separating the two worlds. So in all reality...no one even knows you are even here and if you have that blade. That means that wretched twin is no more."
